Nina's POV: Today was the day my birthday finally I sighed happily, my phone started ringing I pick it up them my gran said through the phone "Happy Birthday hunny!" I knew she was smiling "Thanks gran" I told her "well hope you have a great day" she said I hope so too" I said to her and hung up. I went to the common room everybody was already there talking, I sat down and said "Morning guys!" they looked at me then Congratulating Joy again, I sighed.
At school
I was the first to arrive, then Mara came to me and asked me Hey do you know when is the history test?" I shrugged Patricia came running and giving me a hug "Happy Birthday Nins" she said "Today is your birthday Nina?" Mara asked shocked I told her "Yes" "Sorry I forgot you and Joy have the same birthday" she said giving me a hug "it's OK" I answered Jerome got closer to us and said pointing at me "Today is your birthday right? I nodded He gave me a hug.
In class (Mr. Sweet)
We were in Mr Sweet's class, I sat down with Amber who looked sad I asked her "What's wrong?" she said Nothing!" I raised my eyebrows "OK I had a fight with Mick and I didn't forget about your birthday! I just feel so bad" "It's OK" I said rubbing her back minutes later I got messages from my friends back home I texted them back saying "Thanks".
In the free period I got a call from Kyle my best guy friend in America I know him since I was little. We dated years ago but we stayed friends.
As soon as I picked it up he started screaming angrily at me. I was confused and shocked
CONVERSATION:
How could you Nina? Kyle
What? Nina
I can't believe you! You're a whore; I wish I hadn't met you! Kyle
What did I do? Nina
Don't play dumb. You know what? You can go and die on a hole right now I don't care!Kyle

When he hung up I felt tears rolling down my cheeks, my best friend said that to me and he didn't remember my birthday. Amber saw me, took me to the classroom and asked what was wrong I told her everything and she said "That little..." " Ignore him Nina" Fabian came to where I was and said Happy birthday to me "sorry but Joy wouldn't leave alone and what's the matter?" he said again "nothing" I told him still crying "We'll talk later OK?" He said I nodded. Then Mrs Andrews said "Today is Ms Martin's Birthday! Did you congratulate her already?" She asked the class I was making signs for her to stop it and all of them said "YEAH" I glared at them and said "No it isn't today" See? It's not her birthday today" a boy said aloud the another said "Happy Birthday Nina" mocking me everybody laughed at that, he kept doing that until I screamed out of my lungs "SHUP UP" everybody stopped immediately. Anger boiled inside of me how can they be so hypocrite? One girl told me "I'm sorry I didn't know... well we'll make a paper with each other's birthdays so we won't forget them" at that moment I wanted to slap her so bad. When I sat down in the bench I started talking to Mara already calmed down. The rest of the day was fakes "Happy Birthday" and "I'm sorry I forgot it!" I just kept fake smiling WORST BIRTHDAY EVER!

P.S This happened to me today... I wrote this so I could get that out!. yeah my birthday sucked
