A/N: Sorry about it being like, LONG after Valentines day but I haven't had any time, plus, I really wanted to do this story. Everyone is 17 now if you wanted to know. Okay...

Why does this holiday annoy me? Phineas thought. Yes, the day everyone gets into the romantic mood, or if your Phineas, in a massive panic. No other than Valentines day. But this year, it was a different kind of panic. Phineas had a... crush. He knew he had to confess on Valentines day because he thought it would be, romantic.

After 3 hours of constant thinking, he thought of a plan. A plan so good that when he thought of it, he smiled a huge smile. Phineas knew it would take a while but it would be worth it.

"Ok, so I need a 3 meter x 1.5 meter sized banner... blank please, and pink, purple, red and black paint please ... ok, thanks," Phineas then hung up the phone. After 10 minutes, what he needed had arrived so he signed a form, told the guy he's not too young and set off with what he was doing.

2 hours later...

Paint didn't get everywhere but it did on his clothes, face and hands. Now he was finished though and needed it to dry out.

4 hours later...

Everything he had done was ready to be displayed. To do that though, he would have to nip by Danville bridge sooner or later. In this case, in two minutes...

2 minutes later...

Phineas rushed up to the bridge and tied the banner securley on it. When he was done, he flipped his phone and dialled a good friend of his.

"Hey Izzy! Can you just come by Danville bridge soon. I've got a suprise," Phineas asked exitedly to his best friend.

"Yeah, sure," she replied, a slight bit of nervousness in her voice. Phineas noticed this but just ignored it.

"Ok, bye,"

"Laterz," and then she hung up the phone.

After 5 minutes, her car could be seen (Yes, they can drive) so Phineas hid behind the sign. Isabella looked up at the bridge and saw the beautiful letters that said;

Isabella Garcia Shapiro, will you be my Valentine?

She nearly cried at the sight of her long time crush doing something so public infront of everyone. So, she pulled over and ran up to the top of the bridge to see a smiling Phineas. All she could do was pull him into a massive hug. Phineas then pulled away, proud at what he had done.

"So Izzy, will you?" He asked.

"Of course," and pulled him in a passionate kiss that lasted about 5 seconds.

"Wow, you do realise we're on a bridge and everyone can see us," Phineas stated.

"Of course," Isabella replied.

"I know it's the first but, I love you," He confessed.

"I love you too," She smiled.

3 years after that love - scene - on - a - bridge, there was a new Mrs Flynn, and Mr and Mrs Flynn's 2 kids, Alexis and Jordan.

I'll let you figure out the wedding for yourself. It's only a oneshot so I don't want it too long. I know on my other two stories in progress I need to update but with school 'n' stuff I haven't had time. I could just go on about my other stories but I don't want to bore you so i'll get to the point;
