Oh my god! It's been forever since I've been in a department store. I have seriously been in need of some shopping therapy. Okay Elle, you have a mission. You have to focus, but still, shopping and Emmett all at the same time. It's any girl's heaven. A girl's ex-major in fashion merchandising is so be useful. I don't want to change him much, hardly at all, but he I can definitely make him look hot.
I hope he's okay with all of this. I just…….I wanna see him all decked out. He's always so cute and scruffy……..Elle, you're losing it.
Okay, he's after impressing Callahan. Omigod! He totally needs a navy blue suit, blue tie. Oh! There's the perfect tie. His eyes are so blue………
He's so amazing. He caught onto the fragrances very quickly. They don't suit him though, he smells like heaven on his own. He has so much potential. I don't see why Callahan won't go ahead and make him a partner. He's about to graduate, and he's obviously the smartest at Harvard. Well, if I have my way Callahan won't have anything but good to say about how he represents himself.
Now, blue or white shirt? I'll let him decide. I trust his taste (for the most part)
I agree the blue shirt would've gone overboard, no matter how amazing the color happens to make him look.
White is classic, crisp. He's better than I thought.
He can always manage to joke about things even if it is about the shirt and his living situation. I wonder what his place is like. Did he keep his twin bed from junior high? Does he have a worn in queen bed big enough for the two of us to snuggle?
Okay Elle, focus. We need to get a dressing room. Buying anything before trying it on is even worse than assault, murder, or white shoes after labor day.

Shopping with a guy is so much different than going with my sorority sisters, or even Paulette. It's so easy to see a big change. With girls, what's tried on is more limited, like it's on a mannequin. It's like watching a butterfly's metamorphosis when a guy has a makeover.
Emmett's too much of a literalist, geez. I'm not going to sit here and watch him change (not right now at least). I can see his smile light up, even though he says it's just clothes. It makes such a difference. He might not be completely comfortable, but damnit he looks incredible.
I can't believe he's worried about money. After all he's done for me in the past couple months, I want to do something for him for a change. I want him to come out already…….

I just died. He just surpassed any expectations I had. It's just him, not Warner. That's what he says. He may look a bit like Warner, but he's nothing like Warner, thank god. He looks hot, but he'll always be a "bigger man" than Warner. He had the guts to help me out, and he doesn't complain about my lovesick attitude. He's so much better……..
