Always There But You Never Notice.
Ella and Daniel married under family conditions so basically they were forced into marring each other. Well from Daniel's point of view he thought he was forced to marry her Ella. So even as after their marriage Daniel went on living as though he was still single never care what happened to Ella or anything.
Mean while Ella didn't think she was forced into marry him, she married him because she loved her father and her father wished that she marry him. Well it may seem like she didn't choose him but she had always loved him from afar. So when her father asked she said yes to the proposal.
With that their fate was set.
Daniel already had a girlfriend and wasn't willing to break up with just because of some girl he married that he didn't even know.
