Logging into Instagram, a small smile etched itself onto Sabrina's face, as she took a particular picture in. A picture of her on Bradley's account peered up at her. She noticed it was one of the pictures from last month's photo-shoot at the studio. Unlike her last photo-shoot for Girl Meets Word, this specific photo-shoot was only for music purposes. The blonde girl kept grinning, as her eyes took in her white short-sleeve top with thin, black stripes, and lastly her white overall shorts. That playful snarl on her lips, while her hands curled feistily in front of her face, gave people the image of a determined, ferocious lion. The picture just made her giggle. She recognized it as one of the advertising pictures for her song, "Can't Blame a Girl for Trying".
Underneath the picture, Bradley had written, "Canada, eh. America and myself miss ya."
Fighting a blush, Sabrina quickly opened up her contacts. The teen scrolled down the screen until she came upon her boyfriend's name. She sent him a quirky message.
America, eh. Canada and myself miss ya.
Sabrina chuckled, as she waited for his response.
Oh, I love you! You so get me, B.
Smirking, she responded.
I know, Baby. I know.
Sabrina knew the words she sent him were similar to the ones on Instagram. That was the joke though. Sabrina knew her boyfriend. He loved her silly humor. After all, Bradley loved all humor. It didn't matter how ridiculous it seemed to someone else. This type of humor was like their own inside joke between them. It was special to them.
Anyways, what are you up 2?
I'm really up 2 killing Jake right about now.
The blonde let out a slight laugh, as she pictured Bradley's child-like glare at Jake.
Sabrina arched an eyebrow. What was Jake doing?
Why, babe? What is he doing?
This reply took about three minutes for to receive. Sabrina wondered why. Looking down at the screen, it dawned on her exactly why
Oh, he's reminding me how much I miss cuddling you in America.
Sabrina's eyes widened. That surely was not a text Bradley sent her. It spelled Jake and his antics all over the message.
Sure enough, her phone beeped again, and the emoticon of a devil popped up on the screen.
I'm gonna kill him, B! Brb. Love you!
Sabrina rolled her eyes at the screen, grinning. This is how pretty much how all her texts with him would go. People thought the two were so cute together, and maybe they were, but their texts weren't any different from anyone else's. The pair wasn't overly romantic with each other. Nope. This was pretty much how a normal day of texting Bradley would go.
Don't worry, Brads. I miss cuddling you in America too. Love you too. See ya soon xxx
And Sabrina loved it.
