This just came to me and I had to write it down. I hope you Like it!
Dean sighed, rubbing absently at his eyes. He had been researching for hours and had long ago become bored. Usually it was Sam who did the majority of the research but Sam was not here. He was at a friend's house, at a sleepover. Dean hated this; not having Sam in his eyesight for a good twenty four hours. But Sam had insisted and Dean had caved, allowing it to happen. John had reluctantly agreed as well, following his eldest's judgement when it came to his youngest. Dean hoped he would be okay. He had met some of Sam's new friends and they all seemed like nice enough kids.
He was turning reluctantly back to his research when the phone rang loudly, startling him. John picked up. "Hello? Sam? What's wro- are you okay?" at this Dean shot to his feet, motioning for his dad to give him the phone. John held a hand up to him, telling him to wait. "I- yeah, here he is." He reluctantly passed the phone to his son.
Dean snatched the phone, turning his back on his father. He spoke anxiously into it. "Sam?"
"Dean."
"What's wrong Sammy?" Dean demanded, big brother instincts kicking into overdrive. Instead of answering Sam's breath hitched desperately and he sneezed freely, the sound muffled over the phone. Dean felt his worry levels rocket upwards. "Are you sick?"
His little brother sniffled pathetically. "No." He sneezed twice more in quick succession.
Dean narrowed his eyes. "Then why are you sneezing?"
Sam answered in one word. "Cat."
Oh. "Your friend has cats?"
"Uh huh." another wet sounding sniffle.
Dean nodded in understanding. Since he was an infant Sam had been desperately allergic to cats. There was no way he could share a house with one, even overnight.
Sam gasped breathily. "Heh... TISHghhh!"
Dean winced sympathetically. "Jesus Sammy... okay I'm coming to get you. Wait outside so you don't breath in more of it."
He hung up as Sam was building up again. "Dad I'm going to pick up Sam."
John tensed nervously. "Is he okay? He sounded sick..."
"His friend has cats."
"Oh."

Ten minutes later Dean pulled up outside Sam's friend's house. He instantly spotted Sam's tiny form sitting huddled on the front step, sneezing desperately into his sweater covered hands. Dean jumped out, jogging to his brother's side.
He rubbed Sam's back, pulling him to his feet. "You okay kiddo?"
Sam nodded, rubbing his nose. "KNXHT'shh!"
"How bad is it?" Dean demanded, wrapping am arm around Sam's slim waist and leading him towards the car.
Sam ran his sleeve under his nose, rubbing to ward off yet another sneeze. "By dose itches like crazy." Sam told his brother, sounding congested. "And I can't stop sneezing." as if to prove his point he sneezed hard into his cupped hands.
Dean sighed. "Okay kiddo, let's get you home." he loaded his brother into the passenger side and slid behind the wheel, reaching into the glove compartment and pulling out a box of Kleenex which he handed wordlessly to Sam.
The boy grabbed one, lifting it to his nose just in time to catch his newest sneeze. "h'GNXH!" Sam kept the tissue pressed to his face. He knew it would be needed and soon.
Dean smiled fondly at his sibling. it was nice to know that as much as his brother had changed in the past few years this at least would stay the same. Put Sam around a cat and he would sneeze.
"heh... HEH..."
Please review! I might do another chapter if people want me too.
