The sun was not too hot and neither was it too bright. That was not too bad.

Tsukishima walked along the narrow path leading to the school gate. Nobody overtook him with a bicycle this time. That was pretty neat. He could focus on the sick beats that he was listening to with his wireless headphones. No, there was no way he would share his music preferences with anybody.

As Tsukishima entered the school, his eyes searched for the big school clock. There were twelve minutes left until homeroom began. Usually, he would reach school with six to eight minutes to spare. He thanked the bakery man, in his mind, for opening the bakery ten minutes earlier. Now he would have time to listen to an additional song to get into the mood for school.

Tsukishima slid the back door of his classroom open and walked to his desk, subtly nodding to the music he was listening to. He sat, hung his bag by the desk's side, closed his eyes and slowly stretched.

"Tsukki! You're early today-"
