I paced our tiny house peeking out the high window every few minutes to see if Katniss had returned. She had left before the sun was in the sky this morning, and now

it was midday, I was starting to worry. finely when it was too much for me I walked over to my sick mothers bed, and wrote her a note that said; Mom I'm going out to

sell Ladies cheese, I'll be home soon! Please eat the bread and cheese on your bedside table. I love you! Prim

it was not true that I was selling ladies cheese, I just didn't want my mother to worry. because I was going where I had only gone once , with Katniss; the forest.

I scampered through 12 as fast as I could, and slipped under the broken fence. I was very scared. I looked under the log that Katniss put her bow in when she was done

hunting, It was gone. that was good and bad in itself, it meant she was still out here but that meant I would have to walk through the woods alone. I fallowed a trail

that I think lead to Katniss and Gale's meeting place. Katniss had not spoken to Gale ever since the 74th hunger games. But I had snuck out every day to see Gale.

finely after what felt like years of terrified walking I realized I was lost. "katniss?" I called knowing there would be no response. then I heard a growling sound, I looked

around and flew up the closest tree a pine. I looked down and saw a wild dog looking up at me, its lips drawn back in a growl. I screamed! then I heard a cracking

sound, and found myself tumbling the ground. for a moment the dog just stared... then as it leaped toward me a figure flew over and landed on top of it. "Katniss no" I

yelled as the dog pined her to the ground. then as I was just thinking that we were both going to die, the dog coughed blood on Katniss's face. I peaked and saw an

arrow sticking from its back, and behind was Gale. Katniss through the dead creature off her chest. she hugged Gale then turned and I ran to her and finely I was in

her warm arms sobbing into her shoulder as she carried me home.
