New beginnings :
It's been a month from their encounter to Jubal Early. The entire crew manage to forget about him, but still stay sharp for any kind of encounters like that.
Mal made Kaylee and Wash to find a new way to reinforce the security of the ship, also instructed Zoe, Kaylee and Shepard to keep an eye on River. He was worried about his crew, so he try to make sure that all of them where safe.
They got a wave from Badger about a job off worlds. They took it. Mal was glad that he will get some money, everything was running short. Kaylee just told him that he need some couplings that cost a lot, Simon announce that he's running short on supplies. That make Mal feel very frustrated.
He was going at his bunk when he hear someone calling for him. He was so tired and frustrated that he didn't even recognized Inara was that one calling for him.
"Hey, Mal. I was going to…." she stopped when she finally look at his tired face. "Are you ok?" she manage to ask full of concerns.
"Yeah, just a little tired. What is it?" the frustration begin to gather in his voice.
"Can we…. Never mind. Go to sleep. I'll keep them away from your head for few hours." She said out of a sudden, turn on her heals and left.
He get in his bunk and into his bed and sleep took him in few seconds. He was starting to think about all the money problems, when he fall asleep.

He felt someone breathing right at his head. He thought is very creapy, but he wanted to open his eyes and see how is the creap who woke him up. When the sleep finaly let his eyes open, he saw the most beautiful blue eyes in the world. They belong to a beautiful young girls, ginger, around 15, that look a little worried.
"Good, you're finally up!" the girl above him said.
"What's going on?" he was more confused, when he look around and he was in a place he didn't recognize.
"Gina call for the sixt time this morning. You are 3 weeks overdo." she was now annoyed.
He didn't move, try to figure out what is going on. He got to sleep in his bunk, Inara was weird, but this redhead was talking to him like they where family. Everything was confusing. Where is he? Where is his crew?
"Well? Are you going to get out of bed?" the redhead talked again.
In the room came another redhead, this time an older one. Still gorgeous, but older then him. She look at both of them and then at him.
"Are you avoiding Gina?" she finally said.
He must be looking very confused, because both women look at him confused.
"Dad, why don't you say something?" the young woman ask, a little paniced.
"Dad?" he manage to say, more of a statement, then a question. "Who are you?" that made both women to look at each other.
"Dad, are you ok?" she tried again.
"Hey, listen little lady, I have no idea, why are you calling me dad, but I 'ait y're father. I'm captain Mal Reynolds, from Serenity. What is this place? Where are you keeping me?" he wanted aswers and he wanted now.
"We better call Beckett." the old woman said and both women left him in the room.
He start thinking of where he is. He realize that he is not traped. He can move. He was in a bed, a really cozy bed. The room was nice. Spacious, cozy, well lighted. Full of books. He get out of the bed and search the room.
He saw a lot of books written by someone named Richard Castel. He get one and start to read. It was Heat Wave. He get to the desk chair and sit, reading the book.
Fifteen minutes later, someone knock at the door the women left closed few minutes earlier. When he didn't said anything, the door open.
"Hey, Castle. Youre mother said is something wrong with …." she suddently stop.
She was beautiful. Tall, like Zoe, but not as much. She have the most incredible body, like Inara, and the most beautifull smile, like Kaylee have lately and kind eyes, like River had when she saved them from Jubal Early.
He realized that he described the beautiful woman in front of him, using every woman in his crew. But she was different.
"Castle?" she try to talk to him again, he then realized that he look at them (her and both redheads before) like he didn't understand what they say.
"Look lady, I told those two, I have no idea how this Castle is. Where am I and where is my crew?" her face turn from playfull to full concern in milliseconds.
"Who are you?" she ask calmly
"Captain Mal Reynold from Serenity. If you hurt my crew, I will end you" he didn't care that a woman was in front of him. He thought of Kaylee or River being tortured.
"Listen to me." She paused for a second, to get his full attention."Where do you think you are?" she keeped her voice calm, but her body was tensed.
"Hey, where is everybody?" another voice came from behind the door. A male voice, similar to his.
The woman in front of him turn. She get out of the door and yell "Castle?"
He exit the room and saw a guy that look like him. Everyone freeze.
