Running Wolf
The sound of their breath
uneven like mine.
My heart pounding
Against my chest
so hard it hurt.
Hearing the sound of
their paws hitting the ground.
sounds like drums.
They are coming after me
to get me.
I don't understand
why they are hunting
me
I am one of them
I went to them so
that I could belong
to a pack
But they growled
at me warned me to
stay away from them
I don't understand
They are catching up to
me now.
Guess this the end of my life.
I am surrounded now
By them this it
I am going to die
But not without a
