-Eccleston Viewpoint-

"And you know what? So was I." Rose Tyler's eyes searched me, gave an ever-so-slight nod, and smiled knowingly as her eyes shone bright. I looked at Rose. This was it, I thought, the last time I will ever see someone living. My smile continued, and I felt it. My energy, all of it, every last bit of any part of me, fuel for my rebirth being sucked into the point where me solar plexus is located, between my hearts. I couldn't stop it, no matter anything, my body collapsing in on itself from the inside. Then, as every part of me almost ceased to exist, my body escalated into a giant ball of flames, light and fire surging through my head and arms. My neck snapped upwards, my arms spread, eagle-wide. I was practically a giant ball of fire.

As I was spontaneously combusting, my skin stretched, expanded, contracted, folded in on itself. Every part of me was changing. I could feel my stamina streaming through the fire, and a flash of the most unbearable pain crossed me. It gave me the sensation of being ripped, shredded, maimed, mutilated, all of the feelings of those in the Time War. The pain, the suffering, the death. The death pulverized my body as it came crashing down on me, the pain, all of it, as I regenerated. I couldn't breath, I had nothing to. Then it was gone, everything. I saw black, I felt nothing. I didn't exist. My eyes opened. My neck snapped down, I was exasperated, panting for something to inhale. I looked down at the floor of the TARIDS. I didn't feel the same, I was telling myself it wasn't me. I looked straight, and saw Rose Tyler. It all came back, the time vortex, regeneration, all of my memories.
"Hello. OK-" Oh my god, something was wrong. In my mouth, new things grew that weren't there before I ran my tongue around everywhere in my mouth, looking for something that I didn't had before. I didn't know what to think, what to feel, I knew nothing about me.
"New teeth," that's it. "that's weird." I was attempting to adjust to fast, I needed to take it slow, not put pressure on myself. I was drained, powerless. If I kept thinking, I would have no energy to keep me up. For now.
"So where was I?" I searched my mind for whatever I was talking about. I could feel Rose's uncertainty, for she was cowering behind a pillar after I changed.
"Oh that's right," I finally stated as I realized what I was doing. I shifted my gaze to Rose, who stared up at me with her shining eyes. I knew that from the next words I uttered, everything was about to change.
"Barcelona."I gave a smile, a new smile, an unusual smile I have never shed upon anyone before.
