Introduction Chapter 1: Knocked Out

It was March 16th, '10 -7:01 and Dave was already late for school. Dave had hurriedly grabbed his breakfast and rushed out of the door.
Dave unlocked his bicycle from the back yard and rode it to school. By the time Dave reached there, he heard a loud bell ringing, signaling everyone to go to class.

Dave parked his bike outside of New Leaf School. Then he ran in towards the gate.
Dave eventually found out there was good news and bad news. First was the good news, Dave managed to sneak into his class without getting caught. The bad news was that the teacher had already taken the class's attendance before Dave came in. So in the end, Dave got detention, again.
Dave's detention was after school and during his break. Dave finally got to go home when it was dark at eight PM. The detention was his fifth time, so he was in school for five hours.
Dave unlocked his bike, rode it halfway and the tire made a, "POP!" sound as air escaped exploding from the bicycle's tire.
Dave kicked the bicycle's tire in anger. The kick made the tire worse.
Dave hadn't any choice but to walk home, pushing the bike along with him.
Just then, Dave heard footsteps behind him. Dave swerved to the side of the road and saw nothing behind him. "I could 'of ' swore that I heard footsteps," Dave whispered to himself.
Dave carried on ahead.
Then, Dave felt a BANG sound echo through his reverberating skull!
Dave felt a sharp pain behind the back of his skull and fell to the ground, unconscious.
