It was a long and hard day. Jason had just stopped a bombing and he escaped with a gunshot wound on his shoulder. After walking home, while cussing, he plopped himself down on the couch. He was about to take nap when the t.v shut off. Jason never really believed in ghosts and he never believed in that exorcism crap either but the t.v turning off by itself was just plain weird.

"Lie down," a soft and gentle voice told him and Essence appeared in front of him. He grinned and pulled her down to hug her.

Essence.

They had been going out over 2 months now but they were taking it slow. She was scared when it came to sex and Jason didn't want her to feel uncomfortable. She hurried to the other room to get the first aid kit. "Tell me when it stings too much." She told him as she got the iodine out and dabbed it onto his shoulder.

He hissed in pain and she pulled away, "I'm sorry," she said while talking out a roll of band aids. Jason shook his head, "No, it's fine. It just stings." He said to her while shifting onto his left arm to that she could bandage it. She rolled it around his shoulder a couple of couple and cut it when it was enough. After putting the supplies back into place she got into the couch with Jason and lay her head into his chest.

She carefully traced each scar and asked him where he got it from and what had happened. He played around with her snow white hair and nipped at her neck. His hands circled around her waists as she bit his neck trailing down to his torso. Jason let out a growl as her nails gently scrape his back.

He ripped of her shirt and she nuzzled his neck, gently kissing her. Essence suddenly stopped, "Wait, Jason. I-I'm not ready." And she got up and put her clothes back on. Jason got up and wrapped his arms around her, "That's ok. Just tell me. I don't want to rush you into anything."

And 1 week later Jason blamed her on the attack on the All Caste.

I'm sorry if Jason and Essence seem a little OOC. This was going to be a smut fanfic but then I chickened out. If Essence seems really off, it's because I'm not familiar with her character. Please vote on the poll on my profile.
