Naruto was not feeling so well at this moment. Even though he had just turned genin, he was not psyched at the fact that he was the host to the Kyuubi. He walks down the streets of Konoha as he just got finished with a mission with Team 7. Oh how he HATED these little baby missions. Gardening?! Shopping?! He is supposed to be a full fledged Leaf Ninja! Not somebody who just does house chores!
As he walked down the street, looking at a pebble he was kicking as he walked, he bumped in to a tall man and fell down. The dark skinned man turned around and saw Naruto. "Just what are you doing? Fool, ya fool!" said the man.
"Sorry!" Naruto said chuckling a bit.
The man took out a small notebook and started writing in it. He put it back in his pocket and then looked at Naruto. "Who are you?" Naruto asked kind of shyly. "You haven't heard of me? 8 Tails the rappin Killer Bee!" "8-Tails?..." Naruto thought in bewilderment. "8 tails? What do you mean?" Bee quickly responded, "Me of course I am the jinchuriki of the one and only 8 tails, Gyuki!"
Naruto then expression lightened up a lot more. "You mean you have a demon within you too! I have the 9 Tails within me!". Killer Bee nodded. "So you must be Naruto Uzamaki. We have to go to the Island Turtle. I already talked to the Hokage and your sensei Kakashi. There, you will master the 9 tails. Naruto shook his head. "What about my team? How long will it take? Why are you doing this all of a sudden?" "We will go over everything right now. Follow me." Killer Bee said while walking toward the Hokage Residence.
As they walked up the stairs Naruto thought to himself, "Master the 9 Tails? How am I going to do that?!" When they got to the Hokage's Office, Naruto stood before his sensei, Kakashi Hatake, The Third Hokage, Hiruzen Sarotobi, and some guy with long white hair.
"Naruto we have much to discuss" the Third Hokage spoke. "Eh?..." This was all so sudden for Naruto. The long white haired man spoke up. "Naruto you may be wondering who I am. I am your godfather! JIRAIYA! THE TOAD SAGE!" as he struck his famous pose. Naruto sweat dropped. What could he make of this? "Well" Jiraiya said as he sat down. "This all has to do with the Great Toad Sage who foretold me that there will be a Child of Prophecy. And that child is you." Jiraiya spoke in a serious manner. "ME?!" Naruto said in shock. "I barely know what a prophecy is!" "Naruto" Kakashi said in his usual monotone manner. "Listen and we'll explain every thing to you."
Naruto nodded. "As I was saying" stated Jiraiya, "There were two others believed to be the 'Child' but it turned out that they were not. The Great Toad Sage said that it was definitely you. Naruto nodded. He knew he should not question this. "He said that you must be guided by an octopus" Jiraiya said. "We deciphered the code and it led to it being Bee, the 8 Tails Jinchuriki. And considering that you two are both tailed beast host, we decided that he would train you. Physically... and with your tailed beast."
