I was listening to a song when I realize, without even looking at the lyrics, that this would be a perfect moment to just write a fic with Gilbert and Oz! I love the song and I'm thinking of making a video to go along with it C; Yeahh and it makes sense, if you read the lyrics. It totally matches Gilbert

Song: Damien Rice - 9 Crimes

Warning: Angst-loved Gilbert

9 Crimes

The first crime was meeting him.

Trembling, he stood behind another man as he looked up to the small boy sitting there with a little girl in his arms. It seems that they were reading when he came in.

"He's going to be your new servant,"

He liked his pure green eyes.

The second crime was taking his hand.

"I'll always be there to protect you, got it? That's the duty of a master,"

He held his hand out and still had that smile on his face. Gilbert could've swore he saw wings that day when he took his hand. And the smile on his face after he took his hand has never left his memory for the longest time.

The third crime was staying by his side.

Even though he was always teasing him, even though he was always causing him trouble, it felt… nice. He always kept his word and did everything in his power to help any and all people. That's probably why Gilbert stayed.

"Young master!"

The fourth crime was wanting to protect him.

"Stop, young master! This is—"

He could feel the sharp, slick edge of the sword. Then suddenly, he was dragged down… down in the Abyss. All he wanted to do was to protect him… protect the master. His mind blacked out that day and all he can remember was the horrible scream that seemed endless as the chains dragged him down.

The fifth crime was doing anything to get him back.

The death gods have stole his angel, his beautiful angel. And he was getting him back, no matter what.

"Become my left eye…"

And just like that, this once pure boy was now a sinned man, covered in invisible blood.

The sixth crime was missing him.

Every time he looks down the hall, an aching feeling grabs a hold of his heart. Every time he looks outside, an empty feeling submerges his mind. Everything… was changing.

His world was becoming grey.

His angel was missing.

The seventh crime was not telling him.

It pained Gilbert to see the shocked face on him once he realized that it's been him the whole time. He looked away.

Please… stop looking at me… I don't want to see…

How could he still want him after all the things that he did?

The eighth crime was wanting the best for him.

"Oz… I'm not worth it,"

And by whatever deity that was out there, he still tried to tease him. They had tricked the boy somehow as he sat upon on his lap, arms wrapped securely around his neck and his beautiful face buried against his neck.

This was wrong… he's…. This isn't suppose to happen… but…

The ninth crime was loving him.

"Its not a crime to love me, Gil~"

He grinned when he said that and Gilbert just had to touch his cheek. He didn't know whether it was a dream or not. He didn't know if he wanted to awake from this beautiful nightmare. He continued to stare, watching his green eyes so close.

"A-Are you… sure?" Because it might as well be a crime.

"Of course!" Oz shook his head. "And if it's a crime to love me, than it's a crime to love you too~"

Suddenly, he leaned in and he could feel his lips on his. It was soft, gentle and innocent. Gilbert knew, he absolutely knew, he was willing to commit this crime over and over again.
