It is morning and the first day.
Sonic and Manic are the first ones who entered The House. They walk in with their luggage and boxes of necessities to start their first day of living in their new home with their friends.
"Can't wait for the others to come, don't you, bro?" Manic says.
"You said it," Sonic responds, "Too bad Sonia can't stay with us."
"Yeah, our sister is better off with her new life as a singer."
"True that. Come on, let's get unpacking while we wait for the others."
As the brothers choose which room—there are six rooms in the House—they went to unpacking their things.
Minutes later, someone opens the door. Sonic and Manic run downstairs to see who it was. It's Silver.
"Silver!" Sonic and Manic called his name in unison, happy enough that he's here with them.
"Guys!" Silver, putting his bags down on the floor, gives each brother a fist bump, in which they taught him to do once he moved out of the future to be with them.
"How are you?" Sonic starts the conversation.
"Great!" Silver answer, "Just happy enough that I can get some time away from Blaze for a while. She can be such a nag." He takes his bags again. "Have you two chosen which room you'll be staying in?"
"Yup." Sonic remarks.
"So, it's my turn to choose. See you in a bit." Silver goes up the stairs to where the rooms are, and he randomly chooses an empty one.
Just when they are about to head back up to resume their unpacking, the two brothers hear the door opening again. Enter Shadow.
"Hey," Shadow comes in holding his luggage and bags.
"Shadow! You're here!" Sonic exclaims.
"Yeah, what about the others?"
"Only us two and Silver." Manic answers, "He's upstairs unpacking."
"Cool," Shadow goes up to the rooms. "See you in a second."
By the time he disappeared, Scourge barges through the door with his own things.
"What's up, playas?!"
"Scourge!"
Scourge says, "Don't tell me I'm the last one here!"
"Nope," Sonic remarks. "We're still missing one."
"Perfect, I can't wait for all of us to get together. It's going to be epic." Scourge goes upstairs to greet both Silver and Shadow as they are unpacking.
Sonic and Manic go to join them. Before heading upstairs, Sonic receives a text. He takes out his phone.
Manic notices him, "You coming?"
Sonic answers, "Yeah, in a minute. I'll be there."
"Ok," Manic resumes heading up the stairs to the second story and into his room.
Sonic reads his text:
Hey, I'm going to be late. See you later.
Sonic smiles, knowing that the 6th hedgehog is one its way to get the party started in their new home.
He goes to his room to resume unpacking.
