Don't Rain On My Parade -A Glee fanfiction.
Author's note: This is my first fanfiction, so please be nice :). FYI-in this story, Quinn is not (and never was) pregnant, and there is no Lauren. Read and Review, and message me if you have any questions or anything.

Chapter 1- New Girl in School
Rachel Berry was walking down the hallways of McKinley High. It was her first day, but she wasn't nervous. She was a performer. She could be anywhere, and not have stage fright. She passed a bulletin board, and two sign-up sheets caught her eye, the Cheerios, and New Directions. Little did she know, the clubs were bitter enemies. She signed up for both, and put a little gold star sticker next to her name. She then headed for her first class, Spanish. There, she met Mr. Shue. She also saw three girls-two were blonde, and the other was brunette with tanner skin. They were all wearing cheerleading uniforms.
Rachel finally went through all her classes, and it was time for lunch. She looked around and saw a table of girls that looked nice enough. "Hello!", she said with a smile, " Can I sit with you?" My name is Rachel Berry. Who are you?" The girls stared at her for a moment. Then, they laughed. "No, you can't sit with us.". Rachel turned around and left. She was determined to find somewhere she fit it. She went to a few other tables and had the same experiences she had at the first table.
She was finished! She was throwing in the towel! She ran to the bathroom. She went into a stall and cried her eyes out. Eventually, she very reluctantly left the stall. She looked in the mirror. "No! This not happening! I am Rachel Barbara Berry! I will not be the crying girl in the bathroom…not again. She cleaned herself up, and regained her composure. She was ready to go to her afternoon classes. She had a big afternoon ahead of her-classes and tryouts!
