You are well and truly on your own.
"Dean, pull over," he begs, because the world is spinning and he doesn't feel so good and doesn't want to ruin the upholstery, knowing his brother would never forgive him.
"Dean?"
By the time Sam realizes, it's almost too late. He yanks the Impala onto the shoulder, falls to his knees and heaves until the tears come, because Dean isn't here to enjoy having his baby back.
As he eases himself off the ground Sam swallows thickly, screams at the sky.
I'll bring him back if it's the last thing I do.
