A/N: Hey guys, I wanted to write this bit of fluff because I wanted too! I am going to upload the next chapter of 'The Wedding' sometime during the week. Enjoy this little fluff. ^_^

Asami watched Mako place Korra gently onto the flying bison's saddle. Oh, why does Mako care so much for her? Why doesn't he love her, like she loves him?
"Come on Asami, we have to get back to Air Temple Island so they can heal Korra." Bolin yelled across the empty street. Asami began walking towards Tenzin and ex-Chief Bei Fong, but stopped in her tracks when she saw Mako holding Korra in his arms. Tears running down his cheeks, landing on his father's scarf. Asami had heard through the grapevine that Mako had let Korra wear his scarf at an Equalist rally. But she wasn't even allowed to touch it. Oh no. One finger on it and her whole hand is nearly burnt off. What does he see in her? Sure, she's the Avatar, and the Avatar keeps the world in balance. But this mistake of an Avatar was headstrong and always charging into things without thinking them through. She is nothing like her predecessor, Avatar Aang. Korra was a mistake that the spirits made, she couldn't even talk to them or Airbend. For an Avatar not being able to bend one or more of the elements after intense training is just plain wrong. Asami was glad that she wasn't a bender, all that training and hardwork, and for what? For it to be taken away by Amon? No thanks. Asami stood up, without realizing that she had ever sat down.
"Thanks Bolin, but I'm going to pick up the Sato mobile we left." She yelled over to Bolin.

"Ok, drive safely!" He yelled back. With a grunt of frustration the flying bison lifted off the ground and shot up into the air. Asami sighed and began walking thinking to herself when she had lost control of Mako. Her (well not really 'hers' persay) plan was to lure Mako and keep an iron fist over him and his friends, she had chosen him because he was closest to the main target and his brother was foolish and inexperienced. But he had slipt right out of her hands, and into the hands of the target. Asami mentally banged her head against an imaginary wall, how could she be so stupid? She was just like Bolin, inexperienced and foolish. Asami turned the corner onto a deserted alleyway and onto the steps leading down into a basement. Knocking a quick succession of knocks onto the wooden door frame, she was granted entrance. She was pulled down and thrown into the arms of two burly men, who led her down the bleak hallway to a door made out of pure metal, so that no metal bender could get access. A hidden slot in the door was slid open and a pair of eyes looked out.

"Password." His meak tone asked

"The revolution has begun." Her guard answered. The eyes disappeared, returning only moments later but this time with a whole body. Asami stepped through the door, noticing that the two men that led her there and the man who asked them for the password stayed in the door frame. One of the men reached in and shut the door, shutting out the outside world for what might be forever.

"You have failed me, Asami Sato, and I don't like it when my people fail me." His charismatic voice washed over her like a sea of guilt and regret. What has she gotten herself into? As her mother used to say 'you've dug a hole too deep and you can't get out'. Just thinking about her mother made her want to burst into tears. Asami turned around and looked into the empty spaces in his mask where his eyes would see out of.

"You have one more chance, Ms. Sato, or I will make sure you never see that precious boy of yours again."

A/N: Hey again. This was meant to be a one-off but if I get a handful (3 or more) I will definitely write another chapter. See you soon. ^_^
