"Mum, Can I talk to you for a minute?" Dominique said from the bottom of the stair case, Fleur was sitting on the sofa in the living room with Bill and Victoire. Dominique had a question, a question she needed an answer to.

"Of course darling." Said a smiling Fleur, but Dominique still had that unsure look on her face,

"In private." The silvery-blonde haired Dominique said, in fact, all of Bill and Fleur's children had silvery blonde hair, Fleur followed Dom into her bedroom and sat they both sat down on Dominique's bed, "Mum…you know….Veela genes."

"Yes, what is it? You know I'm always here to listen." She smiled rubbing her daughter's shoulder,

"If a girl has vela genes….does it affect other girls or just boys?" Fleur didn't know what to say to her youngest daughter, of course, there were a few….incidents at Beauxbatons where Fleur had unknowingly attracted the attention of one or two of her female schoolmates,

"Well….it's not unheard of, but usually if a girl is attracted to a girl with veela magic, then it's normally because they are genuinely attracted to her, why do you ask?"

"Because there's this girl at school and she's always telling me how pretty I am and that I have nice eyes and nice hair and I think she fancies me and I don't know what to do." Dominique took a breath, Merlin knows she needed it after that, suddenly they heard a burst of laughter outside of the room, Victoire came walking in, still chuckling,

"Look at Dom reeling in the women." She laughed, of course Dominique knew Victoire would have a field day with this, she'd tease her endlessly, and make jokes, it was all in good humour though, as Victoire and Dominique were not only sisters, but best friends. "Pulling bitches with that veela charm of yours." Dominique's face blushed a deep red, Victoire bursted into another fit of giggles, Fleur was also smiling,

"Well, Dominique." Fleur began, "I suppose the question you'd first need to ask yourself is, do you like her back?"

Victoire looked on, waiting for Dominique's answer, "Well…maybe…kind of…a little bit."

"I knew it!" Victoire shouted out of nowhere smiling all the same, "I knew it, I knew it, I knew it!"

"Does that bother you?" Dominique turned to ask her mother,

"Of course it doesn't bother me, I don't love you any less my darling, in fact, I often said to your father that I'd love one of our kids to be gay." Both the women laughed, "Anyway, about the Veela situation, whoever she is, I don't think it's because of your Veela heritage, if she likes you, then chances are she likes you for you."

"Thanks mum." Fleur kissed her on the head and went downstairs, leaving Dominique to send her favourite blonde haired Gryffindor a text,

So, do you fancy that drink?
