A/N: My second Inuyasha poem! Wow, 2 within a month, I'm on a roll, haha. This was written during English class, a pure spur-of-the-moment thing just like "Return". Instead of being told from Inuyasha to Kagome though, this one is the other way around (Kagome reflects on Inuyasha's difficultlife). Enough blabbering, enjoy!
Disclaimer: I, in no way, shape or form, own any part of Inuyasha.
Alone

To be alone in the world
A half, with no one there beside you
Discriminated for what you are
Segregated for what you are
You lie alone, lacking the support of a mother
Lacking the playful teasing of a father
The world is cold
And turns its back to you
Grow up, knowing nothing by hate
And resent, and fighting
They were the key to your survival
And they worked
But now you are no longer alone
For you have us
You have me.
