This is a poem by Alfred Noyes called the highwayman I made it into a naruto story if you want the real poem tell me

the wind was a torrent of darkness among the gusty trees

the moon was a ghostly galleon tossed upon cloudy seas

the road was a ribbon of moonlight over the purple moor

and the highwayman came riding

sasuke was on his horse going to a inn to see a landlord's daughter one who he had fallen in love with

over the cobbles he clattered and clashed in the dark inn yard

sasuke tapped on the shutters but all was locked

he whistled a tune to the window and who should be waiting there

but the landlord's green eyed daughter with her long pink hair

and dark in the dark old inn yard a stable wicket creaked

where rock lee listened his face was white and peaked

his eyes were hollows of madness his hair like moldy hay

but he loved the landlord's daughter

dumb as a dog he listened and he heard the highwayman say

"One kiss my bonny sweetheart I'm after a prize tonight

but I shall be back with the yellow gold before the morning light

yet if they press me sharply and harry me through the day

then look for me by moonlight

watch for me by moonlight

I'll come to thee by moonlight though hell should bar the way

sasuke rose upright in the stirrups he scarce could reach her hand

but sakura loosened her hair in the casement his face blushing mad

he kissed his waves in the moonlight and galloped to the west

a redcoat came marching

king george's men came marching to the inn door

they came in and sat at the bar and drank lots of wine the father was to drunk to notice they went upstairs

they took sakura and tied her to the end of her bed

they opened up her window and made her stare at the road

they tied a musket up to her and made it where it faced her head

if she said one word they would pull the trigger

she knew that they were going to try to kill sasuke

she had to warn him

she twisted and turned her hands till they were dripping with sweat and blood

she didn't get fully untied but just enough to get a hold of the trigger

at least she had some control now

sakura remembered what sasuke said I shall be back with the yellow gold before the morning light

yet if they press me sharply and harry me through the day

then look for me by moonlight

watch for me by moonlight

I'll come to thee by moonlight though hell should bar the way

he would come by moonlight which was three minutes away

she heard the horses hooves clocking against the road

she would save him

she pulled the trigger and off blew her head

sasuke looked up and saw it sakura's body over a gun

he knew that she was dead for he saw the redcoats there aiming for his head

he headed off west and didn't end up dead

he knew that was a warning

and mad about her death

he grieved for months and never got over it so killed himself and his last word were now we can be together in heaven

end of story
