A/N: Hello! Welcome to my first ever multi-chapter story! Please bear with me as I am new to this community and website. I'll try to update frequently as possible. Busy with school and next week is my school play (not that I am freaking out and stressing out about it.). I'll try to make this short. I've been a fan of Wicked for almost a year now, I've seen Wicked 2 times this year and are planning to see it once again. I am in love with Christine Dwyer and I seriously want to see her last performance in Wicked. I am a HUGE Fiyeraba shipper. You may or may not see some Gelphie experiments here and there but this story is strictly Fiyeraba. And Bessa. And Glavric. I have read some parts of the book but I can't seem to find time to read the whole thing. Sorry for this long author's note. Let's just get on with the story!
Elphaba shakily stepped off the carriage, grabbed her only suitcase, and ran off. She clutched her suitcase to her chest as she arrived to her dorm. Galinda wasn't there yet. She unpacked her things fast, and threw her suitcase under her bed. She grabbed the book she was reading and headed off to the library. Students giggled and coughed out insults as she passed by. She held her head up high and continued walking, but inside, she was hurt and broken, taking all the insults in like a sponge. Tears blurred her vision when she arrived at the library. She sat where she always was, stared blankly at the page and broke down crying. She muffled her sobs as she wept in her dark corner.
Galinda struggled with her suitcases as she walked to her dorm room with Pfannee and Shen Shen.
"So, you will be coming to my party? Galinda?" Pfannee asked her.
"I'm sorry. I didn't catch that." She looked over to her.
"I said, are you coming to my party? It's on Saturday night and I'm inviting most of the school. It's a big deal. My 18th birthday." Galinda rolled her eyes behind the tower of suitcases. Why am I friends with these two again? Something small fell off the stack and Galinda stopped in her tracks.
"Ugh. Great." She turned her head and saw it was her makeup bag. Next time, don't bring your whole dresser, Galinda. What would Elphie say if she saw you carrying this tower? Oh no, I think- "Aghhh!" Her trembling arms and legs gave way, and the tower came tumbling down and she fell to the floor.
"Oh my Oz! Galinda!" Shen Shen gasped. They both ran up to her and helped her up. They began to collect her scattered suitcases. They stacked one by one until she noticed something missing.
"Hey. Where's my makeup bag?" She looked around until she bumped into someone. She looked up and squealed.
"Fifi! You're here!" She wrapped her arms around him.
"Hey. Looking for this?" He held up the makeup bag.
"Thank you so much." She grabbed it and put it on top of the pile.
"Here let me help with that." He lifted the pile of suitcases easily.
"Hey. Have you seen Elphie somewhere? Or maybe Nessa?" Galinda asked.
"No. Why don't we check your room?" Galinda took her keys out when they arrived at her dorm and he set the luggage down on her bed. She noticed the old suitcase under the bed next to her and the hastily thrown clothes in the half open drawer. It seems like she was in a rush.
"I'll unpack later. Let's go find Elphie." She shut the door and they wandered around campus, looking for their green friend.
