I Know what I saw

I know what I saw. They said it was a hallucination, but I know it was real! They tell me it is my brain cancer, making me see things. They are so wrong. I know what I saw.

I saw the horrid creatures. I've been to their disgusting realm! I have seen their gruesome, distorted faces! Staring deep into me… thriving on my fear! I blacked out… then I awoke at this hospital. With cancer. They must have done this to me.

They tell me this is my last day. But what do they know? They can't even tell me how I got here! It was those creatures! There were the vampires, with their razor sharp fangs. And werewolves, transforming at night. Terrible!! But the worst was the skeleton! His gaping holes for eyes! Oh how I wish to never see them again!

Wait... what is that? I can hear the dreadful song! They are coming for me! Coming to take me away! Dear god, help me! It is getting louder! The room has changed… NO! I'm in the other realm again!

The skeleton is reaching his hand out. Help! He has a hold of me!

"Welcome to Halloween Town" said Jack.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!! Let go!"

In this town, we call home, everyone hail to the pumpkin song…………….

Remember kids, life's no fun without a good scare.
