Merry Christmas, Ada! Hope you like this :).

"Dammit, Nate, why do you have to be so stubborn?" Shane asked, punching his friend's arm."
"Because! It's a stupid tradition and I refuse to participate in it!" he replied.
"Just do it, Nate!" cried Mitchie. She rolled her eyes at Caitlyn, who stood nearby.
"Don't look at me, Mitch," she said. "I'm just as unwilling as he is."
"Thank you!" exclaimed Nate. "At least someone agrees. I always knew you were smart, Cait."
"That's not it, Nate, that's not it," Caitlyn told him. "I just don't wanna kiss you."
"Why are you guys so freakin' dense?" Shane asked. He grabbed Mitchie's hand and pulled her under the mistletoe. "It's not that bad," he said, before kissing Mitchie, who blushed at the display of affection in front of her friends.
"We see that enough, Shane, please don't torture us more," Nate said.
"I'll stop if you just kiss her," Shane shot back. Caitlyn rolled her eyes as Nate shook his head, causing Shane to return to kissing a blushing Mitchie.
"Do you really have to kiss her in front of us, Shane?" Caitlyn asked. What an idiot her best friend was dating.
"Nope, but I want to." Shane grinned at his friends.
"Shane, can we just leave them alone now?" Mitchie pleaded. "They're not going to kiss, give it up."
"She's right," Nate said. "We're not going to."
"Nope." Caitlyn shook her head. "Not at all."
Shane shook his head at them before Mitchie pulled him away.
"Thank God they left," Nate said. "I never thought they would."
"Oh, I know!" exclaimed Caitlyn. " 'Kiss her, Nate, kiss her!' Ugh, idiots."
"Anyway, where were we before we were so rudely interrupted?" he said, turning to look at her.
Caitlyn walked over to Nate, wrapping her arms around his waist. "I think it was something like this," she said before kissing him softly.
"I think it was more like this," Nate answered, running his hands through his hair and deepening the kiss.
"Hey, guys, have you seen my - " Mitchie started. "Oh my God! You're kissing!"
"Who's kissing?" Shane asked, coming after her. As soon as he saw the position Nate and Caitlyn were in, his eyes widened.
"Why are you kissing?" Mitchie asked, her eyes narrowing suspiciously.
"Because we wanted to," Caitlyn replied matter-of-factly.
"Idiots," Shane mumbled before walking away, Mitchie following.
Nate spun Caitlyn around. "Hi there," he said, before going back to kissing her.
