So I have been experimenting with the title. If you don't like it... shut up. I worked hard on it. Anyway, I always like hearing about random acts of kindness, and some of them really fit the Phandom. Here goes nothing. Mainly oneshots, and I'll do pairing requests. I'll start with platonic Danny and Ida Manson... for those of you who don't know Ida is, she's Sam's Grandma. Since I feel really happy, I'll do some amethyst ocean.

"One Mega Meaty Mighty Meal, large Pepsi, and fries?" the cashier asked. I confirmed and took the tray to the corner of the restaurant. I kept my head down, looking only at my food, occasionally catching a glimpse of my raven hair and ocean eyes as I looked into the window to gaze at the cold, black night. It was a cycle. Go out to eat, get home, fight with my parents, storm out, repeat. I took another ravenous bite out of the burger.

Sipping on my drink, an old woman came up to me and said, "Are you alright?"

I nodded and tore through another chicken nugget. I was mentally trying to place where I have seen her before when she sat down in the seat across from me. She gave me a stare, and asked again. This time she was somewhat successful.

"I'm just a little upset, I'll be fine," I mumbled. She sighed and shook her head.

"Do you expect me to fall for that? It's alright to tell me, if not anyone else."

"...no thanks, miss."

"Oh! How rude of me, introductions! I'm Ida, and you are?"

"Danny," I said as I shook her hand. I already felt better. She asked me once more and I crumbled. I shook my head and opened my mouth. I told her that I thought my parents hated me, because they don't know much about me. The entire time I was lecturing her on my awful home life, she nodded and didn't speak a word. My voice cracking and tears running out of my eyes, I told her everything. The Portal Accident, me being Phantom, even how I didn't know how I felt about Sam. When I finished, I wiped my tears on my jacket sleeve and glanced up at her. She was smiling.

"Teenagers, even half human teenagers. You're all so amusing. You think that everything has a double meaning. Some things do. Your parents yell at you because they fear you might hurt yourself. They care about you. Did you notice that I called you half human? You've been defining yourself as half ghost, not human. Your powers, they come from your ghost half, that's true. Your school problems and ghost problems are both halves. The ability to determine right from wrong, that sense of pure joy when you overcome an obstacle? That's all human, deary."

I didn't know what to say. She chuckled.

"You don't have to say anything, sweetie. You just needed to let it out," She said. As all old people can, she read my thoughts. She stood up, walked over to me, and gave me a hug. She started to walk away, and as she rested her hand on the door handle, she turned her head in my direction.

"And ask her out!"

Back at the Manson residence

Ida walked into the house, glancing at her daughter and son-in-law, she sighed and sat down in her scooter. It was only for appearances. She drove to the stair lift, directly into her Granddaughter's room.

"You get all that?" Ida asked Sam. Sam shook her head.

"The sound blew out after he told you he was Phantom. That's all I got."

Ida laughed and shook her head. Sam asked her why she was laughing.

"You'll see, maybe tomorrow!"
