"... W-Where am I?"

"You could be anywhere. Just kidding, you're in a warehouse. MY warehouse."

Oh dear... I don't have a clue where I am, or what happened before. Who is talking to me? It is dark, gloomy... And really stinky. I-I don't want to be here.

Well, at least I have my diary with me. That should take my mind off things.

Dear Princess Celestia,

I don't know where you are, or where I am. I wish I had some sort of awareness of what happened in the past... But I will stay resilient and assertive; like you always have told me!

Whatever happens, I will find out what is happening.

From Fluttershy.

"Who are you?"

"Me? Hehe... I am Oracle. And you are Fluttershy, I believe." Thie voice echoed and ampliphied throughout the room, without anything transmitting it... But the real question is...

How on earth does this voice know my name? And where in Equestria am I? Am I even IN Equestria? There are so many questions on my mind that I can't even stand up straight!

*PING*

"W-What did you do to me? AAAAH!"

Pain surged through me! I felt like I was being burnt everywhere. Until...

"What happened?" I managed to choke out. All I could see in front of me was a room. A room full of machinery and green liquid. Before I could even say anything, I saw another frightening sight: some sort of human boy lying down in a cage. I backed away as much as I could, trying not to get involved. But I soon found out I too was confined in a cage. Suddenly, I saw a figure emerge from the machinery. It was shiny, with a red light bobbing up and down. It looked towards me and began clanking towards me. It looked like a... a spider? I kept trying to back away because it looked like it wanted to hurt me! As if to answer my question, a pair of scissors emerged from behind it. Crawling towards me slowly, constantly snipping the scissors it came in through the bars.

" Aaaaa! Help! HELP!" I yelled it as loud as I could, but nobody heard me. As usual I thought.

It crawled up to me, scissors poised to strike. I thought I was done for. But this cannot be how it was meant to end! The scissors came down and I braced for impact.

But nothing happened.

I looked up to see the boy in the cage standing, but breathing heavily. He looked as if he was glowing?! He brushed his spiky black hair back with his hand and looked directly at me.

"Hello. The name's Red."

I fainted.
