[Joker]
Being on top of the world, watching it burn, was a little like taking flight. It took you to new levels, new understanding. It was deliciously mad, out of control. The way the wind was in your face, ashes flying around you, up above the masses of sheep, who lingered mindlessly below. Not to mention it was just plain fun.
Of course, having a wall of Bat-ly muscle slinging you across rooftops because you were burning down his city wasn't so bad, either (and also a lot like flight, because you were always leaving the ground, then experiencing crash landings).
[Jonathan Crane]
The world was topsy-turvy, swaying around him. It might have been an effect of one of his toxins, one that caused the walls to crawl and the world to swing to-&-fro. He might have taken a little too much, because while the swaying wasn't anything particularly unsettling, per say, (considering past effects of his little mixtures), it was making him a bit uneasy. His skin was starting to crawl.
Ages later, he was starting to wonder if he was flying upside down, (or was it a bit of nausea at being strung up by your ankles by a big Bat?)
