Wally loved the color red. It was just so...awesome, to say the least. You see it everywhere. Food, toys, clothes, and even in the sky sometimes...either at sunset or when Superman flies by.

He heard that the color red makes humans behave strangely, makes them hungry, or go in a big rush. Maybe that's why it's on his and Uncle Barry's uniforms.

But lately he had been growing fond of the color pink. He didn't know when it started, but all of a sudden he couldn't stop thinking about it.

He seemed to especially like it when Jinx was around.

Lounging around Titans North tower, he would watch her talk into her communicator or surf the web, then he would finally notice it had been an hour since he had eaten and he needed to stop.

That particular day he was in civilian wear, and Jinx was sitting next to him on the couch. He was clad in a white t-shirt, with a blue button up unbuttoned on top of it, and some jeans with sneakers. She was in a black tank top and black and purple jeans, a pair of flip flops cast on the ground. Her hair was not in it's usual horns, but flat pigtails going down each side of her head.

"Wally?" He snapped out of his daze when Jinx said his name.

"Hm?"

"You've been staring at me for ten minutes, is there something you wanna say?" He gulped, caught in the act.

"Actually...uh..maybe...Jinx, do you wanna...do something later? We could head over to the park or something?"

He waited for her to reject him and walk away, but she smiled.

"Sure. We could stop by that stand that sells peanuts." Wally smiled back at her.

Wally loved the color pink.
