I haven't the slightest idea where the idea for this fan fic came from, so don't ask, haha. It won't let me upload the chapter for my other story right now, but I'm going to make it let me if it doesn't soon, because I'm quite impatient and it's making me mad. Anyway, please read and review!

I do not own Teen Titans... Yet. But I will.

I dunno if this will be a oneshot yet, let's just find out

I Miss You, Daddy.

A 14 year old Raven walked down the street. It was cold and misty, getting ready to rain. Raven was trembling, her face streaked with tears. She arrived at her destination only a few minutes later; Richard's house. Still shaking, she knocked weakly on the door. Richard's adopted mother, Dianna, opened it and gasped. "Raven! You poor child, come in," she said, ushering her in. Raven walked in, her arms rapped around her from the cold. "Richard!" Dianna called, without even asking knowing that Raven needed to talk to him. That was one of the things Raven liked about Dianna; she didn't ask questions when she knew you were uncomfortable, and she always knew what you were looking for without needing to ask.

Richard walked down the stairway, and just he opene his mouth to speak, Raven turned around and ran out the door. Dianna stared after her. "Where on Earth is that child going?" she asked herself out loud. "Richard, get your coat and go after the girl. Something has happened." she said to him. Richard just nodded, grabbing his jacket and running out the door after her.

She wasn't even off of the yard when he caught up to her, as she was moving quite slowly as if it took all her effort. "Rae, what's happened to you?" he asked as he approached her. Dianna watched from the window.

"He died," Raven sobbed. "No, he killed himself."

Richard just stared, confused. "What? Who killed himself?"

"Daddy. He killed himself," Raven choked out. Richard's eyes widened and he continued to stare, horror-stricken.

"Why? Are you sure? When?" he asked.

"I don't know why!" Raven cried out. "Yes, I'm positive, 10 minutes ago."

"Oh, Raven, I'm so sorry..." Richard said softly. Dianna watched, a sympathetic look on her face. She didn't know exactly what happened, but she knew it was bad. She knew Raven to be a very strong young women, and had only seen her cry a couple of times.

"Richard!" she called, needing to ask him what had happened so that she could help. She made it seem as though she needed his help with something, so that Raven wouldn't think she was being pitied or something. Dianna was rather good at that kind of stuff.

"I'll be right back... Don't leave, alright?" Richard and caringly. Raven just nodded as he hurried back to the house. "Yeah?" he asked when the door was shut behind him.

"What's happened?" Dianna asked, concern bright on her face.

"Mr. Trigon killed himself..." Richard said softly. Dianna gasped again.

"Derek killed himself? Oh, dear... That poor, poor girl! Does she need a place to stay?" Dianna asked.

"I think so..." Richard sighed.

"She's staying here," Dianna said firmly. "If she says no tell her that it's an order, not a suggestion."

Richard nodded and went back outside. "Come on..." he said gently. "Let's go inside... My mother said you can stay with us..."

Raven just nodded again. With Richard's help, she stood up and walked inside with him.

"Here, Hon, let me get you some dry clothes. Bruce will be back from work in an hour or two," Dianna said. She took Raven upstairs to go find something that would fit her, giving a worried glance at Richard in the mean time. Bruce was unpredictable, not even Dianna knew what he would say about this.
