Chapter 1

A six year old Lion-o was wandering through Thundera. He bumped into someone. He sat up. He saw her, she was amazing. "Oh sorry about that I wasn't watching where I was going," Lion-o said.

"Don't worry about it, I am Pumyra," Pumyra said.

"I'm Lion-o," Lion-o said.

"I didn't mean to run into the prince heir of Thundera!" Pumyra said.

"It's okay," Lion-o said. He tried to get up and gasped in pain he held his left ankle. "Ouch it hurts," he said.

Pumyra saw Lion-O had hurt his ankle. So she took out her handkerchief and wrapped it around his ankle. "Okay can you stand?" She asked.

"I don't know," Lion-o said he started to stand up. He to stand and he saw he was holding Pumyra's hand.

"Do you want to play?" Pumyra asked.

"Sure," Lion-o said.

After playing for awhile both of them went home.

Lion-o had the handkerchief washed.

He hoped to see Pumyra again.

11 years later.

Pumyra and Lion-o were now older. They were teenagers now.

Pumyra had become a skilled medic and warrior.

Lion-o was a fine young prince who would soon be king.

In the black Pyramid Mum-ra looked into the cauldron and saw Pumyra and was amazed by her beauty. He had to have her. "Bring her to me I want her alive," Mum-Ra said.

The lizards attacked Thundera. Pumyra fought fiercely and was grabbed by the lizards. "Hey let me go!" She said.

She was taken to the Pyramid and she saw Mum-Ra. "Hello my dear," he said.

"What do you want?" Pumyra said.

"Simple I want you to be my lover and servant," Mum-Ra said.

"I would never betray my people or my king!" Pumyra said.

"You're king Claudius is dead," Mum-Ra said.

"That means Lion-o is now king," Pumyra said. "I won't betray him either," she said.

Mum-ra hypnotized her the put a necklace on her. "There my dear," he said.

To Pumyra it was a collar. Pumyra refused to be good for Mum-Ra she had a lot of fight in her.

Mum-ra was fed up. "Sell her to the rats like the cats," he said to Slithe.

"Yes Mum-Ra," Slithe said.

Pumyra was sold to the rats. She was miserable as a slave. "I know Lion-o will come for us I just know it," she said.

A few months later she was sold to Dobo a dog who was from dog city and was the pit master. She became his fighter in the pit.

"If you win a hundred fights you will be free," Dobo said.

"Yes Dobo," Pumyra said.

Once alone she started to cry. She hoped things would turn out better. She started to win fights.

She knew deep in her heart Lion-o would come.
