There was a steady beeping noise. It had been there for years, and it was slowly driving her nuts. She hated that noise, and she couldn't wait until she was free to go home.
She hadn't been home in a while. Not after the accident. What made it worse was that the jerk doctors still couldn't figure out what exactly was wrong with her, or why she couldn't function as well as before. She wanted nothing more than to go home.
Ino glanced at a certain picture featuring her and her boyfriend- ex-boyfriend. He felt guilty. And pissed. HE was very pissed at himself.
His new job didn't even help relieve the stress and anger at knowing that he put his own girlfriend, his little miracle angel, in the hospital. He hated it.
Sometimes, he stopped at the flower shop that she used to work at to pick up flowers for her. He got the flowers, he just never quiet made it to her room.
This was actually how he ended up here, crying inconsolably into a vase of flowers while his partner awkwardly pats his back; wondering what the hell was going on. Eventually, he got his shit together, and curled around the flower vase, sniffling occasionally with his rosary in his fist. He couldn't forgive himself. Not after what happened. Especially if she couldn't even remember it.
He would make it up to her though, he swears one day he will.
"Hey Hidan, if your finished moping over flowers, could you help me with something?" Konan chimed from the other room.
"Yeah. I'll be right there."
