A Wizard Unlike Any Other: By lAngelWingsl
The usual ruckus of The Commons greeted Anna as she materialized in a swarm of leaves before the wall of Merle Ambrose's house. She rolled her eyes at the sight of all the crown-beggers and gift-me's. Being nearly swarmed, asked out by noobs, and killed 6 times, she got to where she wanted to go. The sight of the shopping district tunnel filled Anna with a warm feeling, knowing the Wizard City bazaar was only two loading screens away.
Opening the door to the bazaar, Anna realized she was the only one here.
"More cool stuff for me…" Anna chuckled. The sight of Elik filled Anna with a sense of humor. The plump man turned around.
"Ah, Anna Unicornstone! My favorite buyer." Elik stated.
"Elik, you just say that because I have 30,000 gold." Anna sighed jokingly.
"Bah, You are ju- wait. Did you say 30,000 gold? Oh, uh, I will help ya take some of that off…"
"Uh, no."Anna interrupted. She placed 150 gold on the table behind Elik.
"Andrew? Andrew Rubyflame?" Anna called.
"He actually isn't here now, he went home. He worked seven to eleven today." Elik chirped. Anna turned towards him, and motioned a curt nod.
"Thanks. See you soon, Elik."
"Bye!" He waved.
Anna tapped the end of her staff on the ground, and disappeared in a flurry of leaves.
"Heh, she left her gold here.." Elik smiled slyly. He picked up the bag of gold and weighed it in his palm. Suddenly, he was startled by an explosion of green lights and shapes.
"Huh, what?!" He stuttered. A hand reached out from the odd shape and grabbed the gold pack.
"Oops, forgot this." Anna teased.
"Aw, come on." Elik slumped.
The Flurry vanished, and Anna was gone.
