Harry knew he should not have been out at this hour, which he should have been tucked away with all of the other good little Griffindors, and dreaming sweet dreams as the moon rotated in this part of the earth for 8 hours, more or less.
Nevertheless, Harry had liked to escape every once in awhile, get away from the perfect Griffindor lifestyle, and meditate on a certain rock in the Enchanted Forest, near the edge of Hogwarts School, or just stare at the moon and stars from a healthy oak tree by the lake, where the giant squid lived.
It was not exactly a secret that Harry went out at night, well not to the Slytherin's at least. One Slytherin in particular fancied watching Harry from the higher level of the Astronomy Tower, the one reserved for older students. He had taken extra precautionary measures to ensure that no others from his house would pursue Harry.
Draco Malfoy was not afraid of making it well known, well at least to the worthy (his housemates), the Harry Potter was not to be touched. By anyone.
So this particular day Malfoy had happened to make his way to watch his object of his dreams and desires, when he got sidetracked by Mrs. Norris, the infamous Mr. Filch's cat, she just happened to smell him from under his invisibility cloak, and it took twenty minutes of the cats' listening for indications of life in the hallways before it strode away. What Draco wouldn't give to kick the cat down a flight of stairs and watch it try and scramble to it's precious master then.
When Draco arrived in the Astronomy Tower, twenty five minutes later than usual, he had grabbed the nearest telescope to spy in the delectible creature outside of Hogwarts. How unusual, Harry didn't usually fall asleep on the grass, in fact he had never done so before, in all of Draco's observations before, he had never seen the Griffindor lay that oddly …
Oh Gods! What if something happened to his exquisite Harry! As soon as Draco had thought this he threw his Invisibility cloak around him, and practically flew down the stairs. About 10 minutes later Draco was running across the Hogwarts grounds as fast as he could, hoping, scratch that, praying that Harry was just napping.
Approaching the boy Draco called out "Harry! HARRY!!!" Silence. He didn't even stir. 'Oh no, I'm too late, have to get him to the infirmary.' Draco thought to himself.
Draco gazed the small boy, lips parted, what was this … he was breathing, very shallow, but brething. Draco lifted the light boy, and carried him back to the school, reveling in how little Harry weighed.
Luckily, Madame Pomfrey was up late doing paperwork on a student who had recently came in contact with a nasty Boggart, and had to have a checkup done, poor boy was white from his scare. Suddenly Drcao came rushing into the infirmary, carrying what looked to be a deathly ill student.
"Mr. Malfoy, what is the meaning of this?"
"Please, you have to help him! I found him outside like this and, and I think he is going to die, please help, please, PLEASE!"
"Mr. Malfoy, calm down, lay the boy on the bed so I can have a better look, shoo"
Madame Pomfrey was surprised at the condition of this student, he seemed to have lost some blood, and deciding it best to conceal the fact that Mr. Potter had two puncture marks on her neck she told Malfoy to run to Dumbledore and tell him that it was an emergency, that Harry was in the hospital and he needed immediate medical attention, also to start setting up wards keeping out intruders.
A/N: If this sucks too much I will take it off, I still do not have a beta, and my English teacher says I have too much run on sentences and grammar mistakes so if you can help, please do
