Here is a sad but true story about Blunt's cruelness to Alex.
There once was a very pale man named Alan Blunt who owned a faithful, talented agent: Alex Rider. Blunt was very cruel and heartless. Alex was caring and loyal.
One day, Blunt asked his agent to check out a suspicious computer company. Although the task was very dangerous, Alex did it and successfully completed it anyways. And Blunt just waved the boy away. But Alex was happy, because his master was happy.
One day, Blunt asked his agent to spy on a private school. Although the task involved Alex missing several days of school and risk his life, he did it and successfully completed it anyways. And Blunt just shrugged his accomplishment away. But Alex was happy, because his master was happy.
One day, Blunt sold his agent to the CIA and forced him to do dirty work for the Secret Intelligence Agency. Although it was rude and gave Alex perilous dangers, he accepted his fate and did it anyways. And Blunt just acted like nothing happened. But Alex was happy, because his master was happy.
One day, Blunt asked his agent to take care of Scorpia. Although the task was extremely difficult and Alex ended up getting shot, the boy did it and successfully completed it anyways. And Blunt cared for Alex as much as he does for baseball. But Alex was happy, because his master was happy.
One day, Blunt asked his agent to spy on a multi-millionaire, McCain. Although the mission proved to be the most difficult one yet and gave Alex terrible burns, he did it and successfully completed it anyways. And Blunt was more worried about his own job than what will happen to his agent. But Alex was happy, because his master was happy.
One day, Blunt asked his agent to sacrifice his own life to save the world. Although the boy knew that it would mean his own demise, he did it anyways. And Blunt just blew the deed as if it was nothing. But Alex died happily, because he knew his master would be happy.
