"Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs,Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs,
Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs."
Dick Grayson sat at his desk in Social Studies as the teacher assigned the dreaded group project. With Barbara Gordon for a partner they'd have an A no problem; and Babs was always cool with Bruce's "Early Curfew".
"Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs,Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs, Babs..."
"Barbara Gordon" Ms. Peterson finally said, looking lazily around the room. "Dick Grayson" The Boy Wonder turned in his seat to flash a smile at Babs who returned it right back. Until- "And Moira Alice" The two friends' smiles disappeared as Dick reluctantly straightened in his seat and faced the brown haired girl offering him a flirty wave.

"Ugh, I can't believe we got stuck with her!" The red head said to Bruce Wayne's ward as they walked down the hall to the Cafeteria for lunch. "At lease she has passing grades..." Dick said trying to find a bright side. "Kinda."
"Only to shock her teachers" Barbara replied. "I swear she does it all for kicks." Robin just shrugged, even though Moira's behavior had always been odd: normally found with her noise she always seemed to know the latest gossip. And she was always humming to herself, and tripping never cursing but always putting random words together.
An elbow to the ribs brought Dick from his thoughts. Sprawled across the hardwood floor was none other then Moira Alice.
Still on her back Moira ignored Artemis trying to help her up. The brunette moved her arms like she was making a snow angle. "No worries Diana." Moira said finally sitting up. The look of confusion and shock was unmistakeable on Artemis' face until Bette pulled her away by the arm. "She'll be fine."

"Best three out of five?"
"Time to pay the pauper Dick" Babs said with a triumphant grin. She had just beaten Robin in a rock-paper-scissors war to arrange a meeting time for the group project. Dragging his feet to the table of one, the girl with her nose in a book didn't look up until Dick cleared his throat. "Are you open Thursday at seven?"
"Sure" Moira said, picking up her tray as the bell rang. "I can send a car for you." "No need." Putting her tray away, Moira ran into the trash can and toppled on the floor again. Slowly getting up she looked from Artemis to Dick and back again laughing to herself. "What you don't know bird bat."
"What did you say?" Dick asked lowering his voice so only Moira heard. But instead of answering she turned her head to look out the window. As if on cue a flock of birds started from a tree; and with them Moira fled from the room.
