Flight of desert
Well, I didn't write this on purpose. I was just waiting for the Internet to load then I realized I had written a pretty bad poem. It wasn't meant for Bakura but hey, why not? Please don't flame me-It's not great I know but please don't.

So as we end our reckless hunt,
And our voyage of heartless greed,
We sit and wonder of what it was worth,
To take such things for not the need.
But compassion won our composure,
And our treasure trove flight,
We disappear now into shadow,
Darkness entwining us into night.
But the sun and the gods watch,
To see where this may go,
For us to be caught,
Well, that they know.
Ra looks down and spies us,
Fleeing from guards and palace gold,
He watches the Pharaoh's uproar,
And laughs bitter and cold.
Thought and Memory were adorned,
On his shoulders like ravens,
Watching and remembering this day,
But then…
He waited for us to be caught,
Yet we were not,
We fought like hawks burning,
Fighting for we had got.
And upon my lover they did wrestle,
To the ground, to the death,
But Osiris never welcomed him,
For shadow claimed him instead.
My thief-king brought his creatures out,
And as one they did fight for me,
Their power mingling with our love,
And at that moment we did flee.
Once again from the dry desert,
To some watery cave,
Our treasure trove now complete,
Something we'll take to our grave.
But right now he's looking at me,
With those eyes unfed,
I take his hand and lead my king,
My thief, I take to my bed.
