Hi, I know I haven't been on FanFiction for quite a while now. This is an idea I've had for quite a while now. I promise, the sequel to Destiny will come out. I'm still not sure when though, since I now have this story. This will possibly be my last post for quite a while. (See below.)

I am also aware there is a similar story to this. I already had this in mind when I saw the post. In no way do I intend to copy them.

This story will be a series of one-shots that take place over the course of a year. I will take suggestions.

Further things will be explained as this story goes on, but I will tell you this: This is a world where every TV character live in their own realm, depending on which company they belong to. I know Pixar belongs with Disney, but let's just say that even after Disney bought them, the Pixar characters decided to stay where they felt most at home. I'm also planning on expanding this to include Dreamworks, Warner Bros, Cartoon Network, etc.

I know this belongs in the Coco+Disney crossover section, but I wanted this story to get noticed. I will move it later.

(Note: Any character that appears in here does not belong to me. They all belong to their respective owners.)

It was a bright, beautiful, November morning in the realm where all the Pixar characters lived. The sun shone through the windows of houses.

In one particular home, the figure of an egg-shaped robot hovered in midair, a brown cube and another sleeping robot sitting nearby. An alarm suddenly beeped out from another room.

A chubby human wearing a white captain's outfit and a wheel with a red eye lumbered in. The former reached out and pressed the extraterrestrial vegetation evaluator's button.

"WALL-E, EVE, M-O? It's time to get up. You know today is a very special day." Captain B. McCrea said.

A pair of blue LED eyes blinked into view on the first robot, followed by WALL-E popping free of his cube and M-O rolling out from his spot. All three looked at the calendar: November 23rd, 2017.

"It's time to welcome a new batch of characters!" EVE squealed. (A.N. Yes, the robots will be speaking English in this story.) "I can't wait to meet them and tell them how much I loved their movie!"

"I second that." WALL-E chimed in.

"I'm sure that de la Cruz guy would love to join our club." AUTO mused.

Everyone then turned to M-O, waiting for him to say something. "What?" M-O simply shrugged his shoulders.

"Do you have anything you would like to say?" WALL-E asked.

"Not really."

"How about you tell them how emotional you got during the movie?" EVE said with a slight giggle.

"Absolutely not! I couldn't help myself, alright? Besides, it's not like you guys weren't crying, either!"

"Fair point." McCrea stated. "Well, enough chatter. We've got a lot of things to do to prepare for their arrival." The man walked out of the room, the robots following him (WALL-E making a stop to get his pet cockroach Hal).

"Hector, hurry up! I know I said we needed to look our best, but I didn't say we could take our sweet time!" Ernesto de la Cruz yelled into a door.

"Lo siento, Ernesto! Just one more minute!" replied a voice with a Latino accent. The big bad groaned and rolled his eyes.

"What is going on?" Imelda walked into the room, wearing her trademark purple dress, followed by Miguel with his red-and-white jacket. Dante, in his Xolo form, trotted in after them, yipping happily.

Ernesto tugged at his mariachi attire. "Hector is taking forever!"

Imelda sighed and pressed her skeletal fingers to her forehead. "I'll go take care of him. Just focus on something else. Miguel, you too. And please find Pepita for me, Dante. She's been hiding somewhere in her living form for quite some time now."

The fraud musician and the living boy obeyed, while Dante went sniffing off to do his task.

The Rivera family matriarch then raised her fist to give the door a firm knock, but, before she could do so, a bumbling skeleton swung it open.

"Now I'm ready! Oh, hola, Imelda!" Hector laughed nervously and rubbed the back of his neck.

Imelda examined her husband. He was dressed in his end-of-movie clothing: a purple vest, a red ascot, tan pinstriped trousers, a worn-out straw hat, and a brand-new pair of Rivera shoes. She had to admit, he looked muy guapo.

"You look good!" Hector said suddenly.

Imelda let a smirk cross her bony lips. "Are you going to shower everyone with references to our movie today?"

"Maybe."

"Well, save all that for later. We've got to finish getting ready. Vamanos!" Imelda clapped her hands as she and Hector entered another room where the rest of the Coco characters sat: Ernesto, Miguel, Dante, Pepita (who had come out of her hiding spot and was now in her alebrije form), Coco, the rest of the living and dead Riveras, Frida Kahlo and her spider monkey spirit guide, the named Shantytown residents, and others.

All across the realm, Pixar characters were seen putting up decorations (mostly marigolds, papel picado, sugar skulls, pretty much anything Dia de Los Muertos-related), setting up tables of food, and talking about how excited they were to meet the new characters.

"This is so exciting!" Dashiell Parr exclaimed as he zoomed around tables, putting down centerpieces.

His older sister, Violet, who was plucking petals off of the traditional yellow-orange flowers, commented, "I'd never thought a kid's movie would have the guts to include things like on-screen murder and death."

"Isn't that so cool? Also, the first of our kind to be a musical."

"It isn't a traditional Disney movie musical, though, as the music doesn't come out of nowhere and the characters aren't improvising the lyrics."

A few meters away, Joy was literally bouncing around in excitement, while her fellow Emotions simply watched in annoyance.

"Joy, please, we know you're excited. We're excited too, but can you please save that for later? We're supposed to help set things up." Anger growled.

"I can't help it. Another new movie! And a good one at that, too!" Joy exclaimed as she jumped onto a table, knocking over a plate of pan dulce, which was quickly saved by Fear catching it. Sadness was wiping her eyes.

"I liked the movie because it made me cry." she sobbed.

"Of course you do, Sadness." Disgust snarked.

Anger sighed. It would be a miracle if they finished everything in time.

It was time. They were ready.

All the main characters stood at the front. Miguel was in the middle, Hector, Coco, and Imelda on one side of him, Dante (now an alebrije) and Ernesto at the other. Pepita flew above their heads. All the rest of the named characters stood at the back.

Miguel gripped his great-great-grandfather's hand tightly. Hector looked down and smiled at the boy.

"Are you ready, chamaco?" Miguel grinned and nodded at the skeleton.

"Then let's go." Imelda announced. Holding hands, a bright light flashed, making everyone close their eyes. When the brightness receded, the first thing anyone did was drop their jaws (literally in some of the dead people's case) at the sight before them.

I know it's just evil to leave you guys at a cliffhanger like that, especially when I'm going to leave for some time. Right after school lets out (which is in a month), my family and I are going on a trip to Israel and London. We'll be gone for at least two weeks and a half. It'll be very likely I won't be able to post at all.

My knowledge in Spanish is limited. I'm taking Spanish next year in school, but if I get anything wrong please let me know.

Like I said, feel free to leave a suggestion! Especially while I'm gone.

Forgot to say this before, but in this world, the characters have the ability to speak every language their movie was dubbed in. If you have a foreign saying, feel free to tell me so I can include it!

Whoo! This writing sure took a lot out of me. Goodbye for now. CocoDisney out!
