Hullo! Okay so I did post the first chapter of this a few days ago but it was a HP/EC pairing instead but now I've changed it since Jasper has always been my favourite if the bunch. Seriously I love JH/HP pairings because they seem to fit together, especially with them both being war veterans and all that. So anyway TAKE TWO! Sorry if some of you prefer the first pairing but its my story so :P

Harry sighed heavily before throwing himself onto his king sized bed. He was absolutely exhausted from all the decorating and moving in but it was worth it.

It had only been a few months since the Battle of Hogwarts and Harry and his family decided a change of scenery was best for everyone. The reporters and fans were getting too much for Harry and the memories were still raw for everyone.

Sitting up, Harry looked around his new room with a small smile. Remus used a spell on it to make the inside look larger than the outside, like the Weasley's did with their tent. All the rooms has the spell on them, even the house elf's quarters. The walls were painted a deep red colour and the room held all of Harry's memories. His bed was opposite to the giant window that held a beautiful view of the gardens. Harry's broom was attached to the wall by his bed and there were many moving and non-moving photos on every wall.

On the floor there was a red and gold rug which held the Gryffindor crest. Harry's old Hogwarts chest rested next to his bed also, it contained his father's invisibility cloak and the Marauders map along with a basilisk tooth and the golden snitch he had caught that year.

To his left was a walk in wardrobe, Sirius and Remus insisted on buying Harry new clothing when they adopted him after the war. Harry made them stay out of it and after much arguing they finally agreed, everyone was shocked when Harry made Snape and the Weasley family stay with them aswell. Molly, Ron and Hermione refused naturally. Harry should have forced them to stay but it was too late to think about what-if's now.

Harry looked to his right and a fond, loving smile crept across his face when his eyes focused on the baby cot. It was black with moving golden stars. The baby mobile above it consisted of a replica snitch that moved when triggered by crying, a miniature snowy owl and a few other magically charmed stars that let out a song when triggered by a baby in distress. Inside the cot there was a snowy owl toy that looked exactly like Hedwig, Harry's smile turned pained at the thought of his poor girl, he never did get another one when she died.

Hermione and Ron shocked everyone by announcing they were having a baby, it was so close to the war and that was why Harry, Luna and Neville went horcrux hunting instead of the golden trio. That really brought the three teens closer together and what finally pushed Neville and Luna into getting together.

Lily Margaret Weasley was born only a month before the war and Harry was made godfather instantly even though he was worried about not surviving himself. They named her after Harry and Ron's mothers. Harry isn't ashamed to say he cried. When Ron and Hermione died protecting some first years Harry blood adopted Lily, her name changing to Lily Margaret Lupin-Black. It was a shame that Molly also died in the war, she wouldn't see her granddaughter grow up but the rest of the Weasley's stayed in her life and promised to visit frequently by floo.

He was happy now though, it took a while but he could honestly say he was happy. He had some bad days still and he wasn't fully healed as it had only been a few months but Harry enjoyed his new life. Snape told him that he would visit every Saturday for their therapy sessions, not even potions could stop the minor PTSD.

After the war Harry was adopted by Remus and Sirius, aswell as Luna and Neville as they were both orphans too. Despite the fact that Luna and Neville were together before being adopted Harry was proud to call them his siblings, they deserved each other. Remus and Sirius were also happy that they could get married, even though they were mates, and look after Harry, Luna and Neville properly.

Their new house was in Forks, Washington and was another Black manor. It was hidden deep in the woods which was perfect for Moony on full moons. Dobby and a few other house elves decided to follow them and serve them, Mipsy and Winky helping with Lily more than anything.

Hearing footsteps, Harry looked to the door and smiled when he saw who walked through. Luna walked into the room, humming to herself with a 4 month old Lily cradled in her arms. Luna was basically a mother to Lily and Neville acted like a very protective uncle. Remus and Sirius loved their granddaughter and made sure to spoil her whenever Harry's back was turned but he knew.

"She was missing her daddy." Luna said through her humming as she swayed her way to the green-eyed teen on the bed.

Harry smiled and reached for his daughter who was handed over immediately. Lily was a very bubbly 4 month old. She rarely ever stopped smiling or laughing. Her eyes were the same AK green as Harry. They were blue but the blood adoption changed them. Her hair was curly and the famous Weasley red with streaks of a darker red, Sirius said it was Harry's mothers genes from the adoption, and was rather hard to tame but Winky always managed it.

Lily's smile stretched wider, showing her gums off, at the sight of her daddy who smiled back at her lovingly. Harry tickled her toes with the hand that wasn't supporting her and she squealed in delight making both Harry and Luna laugh.

"Excited for school, Harry?" Luna asked her brother who grimaced making her giggle. Lily wriggled slightly and then started tracing the scars on her daddy's arm. Harry was self-conscious of them but around his family he didn't mind, most of them had scars from the war. Harry just had more, all over his body after some death eaters attacked him with the cutting curse.

"Not really but Remus thinks education is important so I guess we don't have a choice."

"At least the three of us will be together Harry." Luna reassured him and he smiled at her. Luna smiled to herself, Harry was going to be happy here. After all there was someone important he was going to meet, he just didn't know that yet.

A house elf appeared, breaking the moment. Lily squealed happily at the display of magic. Mipsy bowed down, dressed in a pillow case that bore the Black crest. Both teens focused their attention on the small elf, who was no longer nervous around the family.

"Misses Lily's bottle has been prepared Master Harry."

"Thanks Mipsy. Come on Luna, let's feed the little one." Harry got off the bed and followed his sister out of the room, in the direction of the kitchen all the while listening to Lily's babbling at her father.
