Author's Note: So…this, well this is this, I know I'm bad for not updating Rose Petal Clock. It's on its way, I swear, I'm having some terrible writers block when it comes to it and I've had to re-write the next chapter like a dozen times…I'm not good with long stuff… I'm not good with planning, forgive me…R and R please!

Kurogane's mother had sent him out to the market in whatever county they were in. He family had loved to travel and he's seen just about the entire globe in his eighteen years. The streets were crowded, nearly overrun with people. He pushed through them, searching for any sign of a grocery store. So far, all he'd seen were clothing stores, so typical of these larger cities, he needed to get off the beaten path, to the back streets. He heaves a sigh as he pushes through the crowd, closing his eyes momentarily. As his eyes slide open he spots a head of blond tousled hair, the spark of bright, wide sky blue eyes, a smiling face that he instantly knew was lie and then the vision was gone, the vibrant colors replaced by the mundane grays of the cold city. Kurogane's hard gave a loud thud, heating raging to his face and loins, his chest tightened and he turned to look back down the way he'd come, but the blond angel was gone. He found his way his way to a grocery store, his heart slowing to its normal pace and a tear nearly fell and he hadn't cried since he was four! The angel was gone and he was sure in his heart, he would never see him again.

….I saw an angel,
of that I'm sure….

Yeah, he caught my eye,
As I walked on by.
He could see from my face that I was,
Flying high
And I don't think that
I'll see him again
But we shared a moment that
will last till the end.

You're beautiful, You're beautiful.
You're beautiful it's true
I saw your face in a crowded place,
And I don't know what to do

.

'Cause
I'll never be with you.
