Dear Cav-
Remember it always was me and you. Cav and Bomba, troublemakers extradinare. Occasionally, Dem would join in, but it was always Cav and Bomba.
Remember when we almost got to the HeavySide layer? Your father was SO mad! It was priceless though. Remember afterwards we pledged that someday, we'd go to the HeavySide layer?
You were so much fun then.
It was beautiful, that one night. All of the kittens were out under the stars and moon. It was so quite. Then...
That shooting star was brilliant. Amazing. Perfectr. Priceless. Too bad it was a trick of Mistoff's. He really is annoying, your brother.
And suddenly, we were all grown up and free. We ruled the junkyard, you and I. We were Bomba and Cav, the feared and exalted. We did what we wanted with no regrets.
And then, you turned into someone else. I still loved you though. We left the junnkyard and our familys and went to Nowhere. We bacame mates and had three kits, Corpricat, Tantomile, and Jemima.
It was wild, that first couple of months, just us and the kits.
And then...
You turned evil. They way you acted, spoke, and moved changed completely.
I was scared. I was scared for myself. I was scared for Corpri, Tanto, and Jem. It was so scary.
Finnally, I escaped with them. But you followed. Why did you have to follow us? Cav, you scared them so bad. It was freaky. You had officially changed in my mind.
When we got back, everyone was so worried about us. They were also scared of our kits! How could they? They carried my blood as well as your's! But we lived on. And, somehow we survived. Now, Jemima has found her mate. Corpri and Tanto have discovered their potential. We're happy now.
So please don't come and ruin it.
I know what would happen.
I would fight for you. I love you, Cav.
Always have, always will.
And, I'm afraid what would happen if you came back. What would happen to our kits? What would happen to our fellow Jelliciles?
So don't come back, Cav. I'll come on my own if you want me.
Love,
Bombalarina
She placed the note under a large tree root. He'd find ijt. They used to leave notes there as kits all the time.
"Mom? What are you doing?" Jemima looked so pretty next to Rum Tum Tugger. They really did complement eachother to a T.
"Nothing, Dear."
"OK Mom."
"C'Mon Ms. Bomba. The Jellicile Ball is starting."
"Coming Tugger."
She tried to pull a flirty smile, but failed.
"Oh Mom! He's MY mate now."
"Fine, fine dear."
As they walked away, a shadowy figure appered out of the mist. He picked up the note with his dark paws and began to open it.
"Dear Cav..."
.
