Okay so I'm doing this story because I joined in on the Christmas Presents topic in The NextGen Fanatics Forum. And I decided for my present I would write for george's firework. Who wanted something on the darker side.

"George, what are you doing?" George dropped the silver dagger that was in his hand. He didn't turn around, he didn't need to. He knew it was Hermione stood behind him. He also knew that she knew exactly what he was doing.

"Hermione, you're too smart to play dumb. You know exactly what I'm doing. You also know why. And I also know that you and I aren't so different."

"What's that supposed to mean?" Hermione asked sounding shocked.

"You're too smart to play dumb, Hermione. You know exactly what I mean. You're just hiding it under those pretty little jumpers of yours, the same way I am."

"George, I have no idea what you're talking about."

"Prove it. Lift up your sleeve." George spun around to look at her. "Show me those pretty little wrists Hermione." George then held his wrist out to show her. There was blood running down over lots of other scars. Hermione held out her wrist and, with a shaking hand, pulled her sleeve up to show George her wrist. There were pale white scars etched in to her already pale skin, there was also ones that were more fresh, pink and red. There were a few that still had traces of blood on them.

"Don't tell anyone."

"Why would I do that? If I told people about you then you would tell people about me." George put his hand on Hermione's shoulder. "I know why you do it better than anyone. I lost a brother. You lost someone you love, or at least someone who loved you. He did find you. Didn't he?"

"Yes he did. He told me he always loved me. But he never told me before, because of Ron. I loved Fred. But I never told him before because of Ron."

So this was kind of a little preview thingy. So I hope you enjoyed it, especially george's firework. Dont worry I'm going to get another chapter up soon.
