She held the world in her hands, round and round it would spin perfectly in her silky smooth palms, just like the individuals residing within it. But no one was, is, nor ever will be Perfect.

"Come on Sasuke! You've gotta be doing something on Valentine's Day!" Mina pesters the raven-haired boy next to her, who sinks in his seat and crosses his arms.

She huffs, making sure the sound echoes throughout the entirety of the classroom. But to her dismay, no students heard or simply chose to ignore the exaggerated sigh. She glances toward the boy situated beside her, his obsidian orbs briefly locking with her cool, ocean waves. The moment barely reaches the span of a second, some unknown force leaping within the confines of her heart. She almost had not noticed her pulse quicken, while he scoffs in attempts to dismiss the similar feeling welling within his chest, longing for nothing but the placid peace of his paced heartbeat to return.

He sighs, rolling his eyes. Anything lovey-dovey annoyed him; the holiday dedicated to everything lovey-dovey all-out irritated him. He hated the day and loathed the idea of such a percept of having a day solely dedicated to love.

"Such a stupid holiday." He mutters, watching a scowl form on the lips of the blond goddess. Such an ugly action did not suit her, - her beauty and grace - but such a trivial expression would not play any part, make any contribution, to the deterioration of her eloquence. He shakes his head slightly, ridding his mind of the irksome attraction.

"It. Is. NOT!" She almost screams, her child-like personality overwhelming her maturity.

"It's a holiday for love." She clasps her hands, hearts replacing the pupils in her eyes.

The scowl on her face had disappeared, now forming his lips - his ungraceful, always-in-a-frown lips. Another scoff escapes his lips, causing the blonde to pay heed to him instead of the all-known traditions of Cupid's work day. Eyes of obsidian scan the classroom - the students handing Valentine cards to one another, spewing declarations of affection and adoration, chocolates and flowers and claims of I love you's given away on a whim without a second thought.

"Do you have girl troubles or something?" The sweet, melodious voice barely breaks through his thoughts.

His eyes now focus on the mischievous, stern gaze of the girl beside him - so mesmerizing and alluring, so brilliant and unimpaired and perfect.

"It's okay if you are. You just have to remember that no girl is perfect." Mina advises with the heart of the Senshi of Love.

He frowns his lips in tainted transcendence, his mind berating him with all his faults and feebleness.

"No one in the world is perfect. No one was, is, nor ever will be." She smiles, her child-like persona falling behind her rarely-seen maturity.

The words ring in his ears, echoing through every empty crevice of his mind and eardrums. He seals his lips to ensure himself of staying silent, but his heart cannot help but break through the confinement, the sanity in him hoping with each and every fiber of his being that no one else hears the two words about to be spewed carelessly from his mouth. "You are."

A/N: So I wrote this a long while ago and completely forgot about it. Also, I don't own Sailor Moon or Naruto.

And Happy Sweetest Day (it's always on the third Saturday of October). I know it's just some holiday that Hallmark made up, but enjoy your days, nonetheless. :3
