Summary: The Scooby Gang never met Chloe or have they? Who exactly knows who again?
Enjoy.
The Talon was booming with business that day and Lana's small frame was bouncing around. She was ecstatic for business but very tired. Her boss, Lex Luthor, was very hard on her and he was an obnoxious flirt but great businessman.
Clark sat across the way with Lex Luthor talking about a long-lost friend that was coming by that evening. He wanted Lex to meet her but Lex didn't really want the fangirls. Clark shook his head and said, "She's a reporter at the Daily Planet."
Lex rolled his eyes. Even better, he thought sarcastically.
"Oh, Clark! Leave him alone won't you? If he doesn't want to meet me, he doesn't have to." Both boys turned to a familiar voice. One ecstatic, the other in disbelief looked on at the young woman in front of them.
Chloe Sullivan, Clark's friend, stood in a black mini skirt, a white tee with black pumps. She had a black tie hanging loosely around her neck and a black vest over her shirt. Her long blonde hair was tied in a ponytail with a black small bow holding her bangs from her face.
Chloe smiled at the two. She couldn't believe Lex Luthor was standing before her after so many years.
"Well its been long." Her statement for both gentlemen.
"Clark, would you go get me something to drink?" Clark left leaving Lex and Chloe to their own devices.
"So, you're Clark Kent's best friend?" asked Chloe.
"So, you're the mystery girl. God, its been long. And you look absolutely stunning." He eyed her body hungrily. She blushed at his obviousness.
"Lex, what happened all those years ago, I'm sorry. But I still don't want the drama that your life entails. I just want to say I still and never stopped loving you. It's just-"
"Don't. Let's just start over. I've changed and I hope one day you'll see that. I mean I really have missed you, Chloe."
"Yeah?"
"Yeah."
"Hey, what are you guys talking about?" asked Clark. Even though all three knew that he knew what they were speaking on with his heightened hearing.
