It was a strange thought really. That sweet little Luna Lovegood would betray her friends and family and associate herself with the Death Eaters. Harry wasn't sure if the rumors about Luna talking to some of the Slytherins while she was still at Hogwarts and he and his friends Ron and Hermione were looking for Horcruxs. It was only this past year that she was kidnapped by supporters of Lord Voldemort and held captive in a dark basement. To believe that she is now speaking with the same foul rats also known as the Malfoy's would be absurd, but Harry wanted to make sure.
Harry removed the lid to the concoction that had been brewing for over a month now and drops in the long, crumpled blond hair. He raised his glass and drank the putrid ployjuice potion in one hard swallow. His face began to hurt as he could feel his nose and mouth getting smaller and his hair rapidly growing into dirty blond locks. Turning to the mirror, he watched his eyes turn a silvery gray as his eyelashes became longer and curlier. Harry slipped on some floral, pink sneakers which were actually quite easy to get along with the rest of his current wardrobe. Luna had thoughtfully made cloths for her friends as gifts before, now he was given a fine reason to wear the frilly outfit he was too embarrassed to wear before.
As he arrived at the Malfoy Manor, he looked down at Luna's watch. 2:07. Then he sees Draco walking towards the large gate and step outside. "Luna!" He says from merely ten feet away. "What a coincidence, I was just going to drop by to see you." Draco comes closer and leans in towards her face. Harry suddenly tenses up to the complete shock of feeling Draco Malfoy's cold lips on his cheek. "Are you alright," Draco says glancing down at the handmade cloths, making Harry think maybe they looked more like boys cloths than he thought.
"I'm fine," Harry said; attempting to use the same tone as Luna would.
Draco started strolling away from the large manor as Harry/Luna followed by his side. Small talk was made until Harry accidently made a comment about Tom Riddle… "It's quite odd to think the dark lord is completely gone now," Draco said calmly, "I know you're happy about it and I'm happy everything's normal again but almost everyone I know is either in Azkaban or hiding from the ministry."
Harry felt as confused as ever hearing Malfoy talk about Voldemort and death eaters like it was normal to absolutely anyone. Even Luna Lovegood, the sweetest person any wizard could meet. Although he couldn't help but feel sorry for Draco when he heard him say almost everyone he knows is in Azkaban. Harry continued walking with Malfoy, letting him talk about everything and anything. He wondered if this is what Luna usually did while she was with Draco. Like therapy.
"It's a shame you have to go to that dreadful school another year. Yes, you like it there, but I won't see you for an entire year."
Putting his hand to his forehead, Harry realized he wouldn't have long until he's himself again. "I have to go," he said.
"When will I see you next?" Malfoy said as he slowly leaned in to kiss Luna on the lips this time.
Still holding his forehead, Harry said, "I'll send you an owl!" as he dodged Draco's face and walked as fast as Luna's legs could possibly move.
After taking the appearance of his self again, Harry arrived at Ron's house. Where they said they would meet. Ron immediately asked what was going on; if it was a misunderstanding or if Luna actually had gone mad (as if Ron didn't already think she was mad enough). Harry was about to tell him all the strange details about Malfoy kissing Luna and him talking about Voldemort. But he stopped.
"I don't think Luna is in any trouble." Was all Harry said, "After all, there's nothing to worry about now that the death eaters are powerless. I doubt they even call themselves death eaters anymore."
