Hey! The name's Sam and this is my first story ever, so please be gentle. I've had this idea in my head for so long I can barley think of anything else.
Ok so none pairings for now.
Disclaimers: I don't own anything in this story but Elizabeth, even though I wish I did. All Harry Potter characters and stuff belong to J.K. ROWLING. Her and no one else T-T
So, on with Da Story
Rewriting history saga!!!!
Where They Belong
Prologue
Once upon a time there was this beautiful girl who worshiped the Harry Potter saga and knew everything there was to know about it. She wished she could be part of that world (N/A: who doesn't?), go to magic school and meet friends, maybe even have a family.
You see, this girl was an orphan by the name of Elizabeth Black. She had long dark brown hair and beautiful hazel eyes. She was a little short for her age, but she supposed that was expected if you gave away the little food they distributed in the orphanage to the little kids. She didn't really remember her parents, as they had died when she was 1 year old. All she knew was that her parents' names were Richard and Emily Black.
Right now, said girl was running away from said orphanage. Some of the older guys had cornered her and tried to rape her, so she took off, because she knew they would try again, and she wasn't sure that she would be lucky in trying to escape a second time.
She had taken everything that was of any value to her, like that box that had been left at the orphanage's door along with her, some clothes, her Harry Potter books (all seven of them) and her golden locket, with an inscription in French and her name engraved in it. -Aimez-vous pour toujours. Maman et papa- which meant "Love you forever. Mum and Dad".
Right now she was curled in a tight ball in a lonesome alley, trying to protect herself from the cutting cold that surrounded the alley.
She was dozing off when suddenly a bright white light appeared before her. She stood up and walked carefully towards it. As she touched it she felt a tug on her navel. If she didn't know better she would have thought it was a portkey like those that appeared in Harry Potter, but this was real life, and things like that weren't supposed to happen.
There was a flash of blinding white light and then, nothing. Just darkness. Out of nowhere she heard the voice of a woman speak. And what she heard made her head spin before she lost consciousness.
Four words. Four words that would change her entire life and beliefs, and maybe even shatter the very fabric of time and space, and rewrite destiny.
