Random anonymous vampire-human fluff.
This is what happens when I'm in classes that are to easy for me. (Science -cough-)
It's completely nameless, so you can stick what ever names you want in there... Edward-Bella, Bill-Sookie, Mick-Beth, Alexander-Raven, ect.
She sat quietly under the blossoming cherry tree. THEIR cherry tree. The very tree he had shared his darkest secret-est secret.
The sunset was quickly approaching and soon she would have to make her final decision.
Starring into the redish-purple sunset, she thought of what options she had. Either way she would be giving up a part of herself. But which part of her was keeping her alive?
She knew she couldn't live without him and she would do anything to be with him. Forever. But could she really give up her friends and job? Her whole life?
"Hello," the quiet sultry voice spoke from behind her.
She turned and wrapped her arms around his neck, "Hi. I missed you."
"I missed you too." His arms snaked around her waist. "What did you do today?"
"Same old, same old. Thinking a lot."
"What about?"
"Us."
"Ahh." He took a step back and turned to face the tree, "and?"
"And…" she shrugged her shoulders. "I think I've made my decision." Her eyes were glistening with tears as she watched the back of his head. She knew she had put this decision off way too long. Four years too long.
He quickly turned and looked deep into her crystal eyes. The eyes he had fallen in love with four years prior. "Tell me."
He masked his fear of losing her well. However, the sadness invading his dark eyes was something she couldn't miss.
"I love you," she started. "I've known I would have to make this decision the second I found out what you are. But I hid it from myself. I don't want to give up my life. But I can't live without you." She paused as tears flowed freely down her face.
"I didn't mean-" He tried to push a lock of her light brown hair out of her eyes, but she moved away.
"Let me finish. I can't live without you. But can I live without the things I've had almost my whole life. Friends, a job, food. The sun! Even pain." She sniffed. "That's a lot to give up." She took a breath.
"Before you continue," he interrupted. "Can I please say something?"
"Okay." She whispered. She needed a moment to collect herself anyways.
"Four years ago, when I first saw you, I knew I needed your blood."
She laughed a shaky laugh.
"But when I looked into your eyes, I felt something I thought had died inside me 187 years ago. Love. I could not do anything to hurt you. That is why it pains me so much to see you having to make such a difficult decision. Just remember, no matter what you decided, I'll always be there to protect you. No matter what." If he could cry, he would at this moment. As much as it hurt him to lose her, he just wanted her to be happy.
No longer able to resist his cold embrace, she threw herself into his arms.
He held her tight, wishing this moment would last longer than forever. "I love you," he whispered.
She laughed. "Me too, baby. Me too." She stood on her tiptoes, longing for one more kiss.
He happily kissed her with so much passion that he thought his dead heart had started beating again.
It was her that broke the kiss and took a step back, never taking her eyes off of his.
He braced himself for her final goodbye.
"I'm ready." She offered her neck. "Turn me."
So what did ya'll think?
