"I do not understand. Why would a family have 101 dogs, and why such a specific number and breed?" Spock asked.

Jim sighed. "Because it's a movie, Spock."

Jim had found a stash of old Disney movies and had dragged Spock and Bones into his cabin to watch them. They had just finished 101 Dalmatians and Spock had made comments during each movie. For The Lion King, he said, "Animals in the wild don't live in 'perfect harmony' such as this."

When they reached Toy Story, he mentioned how, "Inanimate objects are inanimate for a reason." A similar comment was mentioned during Beauty and the Beast, and Lady and the Tramp got, "Animals do not talk, nor do they go on what you humans call 'dates.'"

To each and every comment, either Jim or Bones replied with something akin to, "It's a children's movie, Spock."

This explanation in no way helped Spock figure them out and after 101 Dalmatians, he stated, "Disney needs to learn to be more logical."

Jim and Bones looked at each other and burst out laughing as Spock looked on, more confused than ever.

A/N Haha, random, huh? :) My friend goes on these "Disney rants" on occasion and one time she burst out with "Disney needs to learn to be more logical!" Hence, this happened. ;) I hope you enjoyed!
