In the heart of Bellwood there resided an ivory, pyramid-shaped house, the home of two of the most powerful beings on Earth. It was roughly the size of an old earth mansion, but in this futuristic period the pyramid was a home for a wealthy individual.
A small golden portal suddenly formed just outside the technological pyramid, it's golden light illuminating the darkening sky of the city. A small sigh of exertion escaped Gwendolyn's lips once she stepped through the portal, one hand going through her short crop of orange hair. It had been one hell of a day, what with all the time travel, the villain fighting, the partying...Still, Ben was no longer a workaholic jerk, so mission accomplished there.
The front door slid open for the orange-haired witch once she approached it, and once inside Gwendolyn slipped her cloak off and hung it up on a nearby coat hook. Some technology simply didn't need to be changed over time...
"Is that you honey?" a distinctly female voice, sweeter than honey, called out from deeper inside the pyramid.
"Yeah sweetie, I just got in." Gwendolyn called back, that voice enough to make her smile again.
A few moments of silence passed, and then a beautiful silver-haired woman in a purple dress came into view, her long loose hair flowing down to her waist "So how did it go?" Charmcaster asked, leaning in and lightly pecking Gwen's cheek.
"Mmm, well it worked in the end. Kinda got a little sidetracked when Vilgax appeared...But, Ben's not a jerk anymore." Gwendolyn replied, wrapping a arm around her wife's waist.
"Wasn't he dead?"
"It's...It was part of this whole crazy thing with Doc Animo..."
"The guy with his head in a jar?"
"...Yeah..."
Charmcaster rolled her eyes and then made her way back to the kitchen "Dinner will be ready soon, so c'mon sweetie." the silver-haired woman cooed.
"How was your day?" Gwendolyn asked, following after her.
"Let me put it this way...Getting beat up by you and your cousin was way more enjoyable than teaching a bunch of obnoxious kids how to use magic." Charmcaster replied dryly.
"Well honey, you are the one who decided to teach at the Mana Academy."
Charmcaster rolled her eyes again "I'm aware of that, Gwenny." She paused in thought and glanced back to her orange-haired lover "Oh by the way, you brought your younger self to the future too right?" Gwendolyn nodded "Did you...Happen to tell her about us?"
A smirk tugged at Gwendolyn's face, and she leaned in to kiss her wife "I wouldn't want to ruin the surprise for her..."
A/N: Soo, I made this because I was bored, and I liked the idea. So yeah.
