Based on Season 3, Episode 7 "Fresh Blood"
Prompt: "It's my job, right? Show my little brother the ropes?" – Dean
Dean had taught Sam everything Sam knew – at least all of the important stuff like how to shoot a gun or salt and burn a corpse: the stuff that mattered.
He had taught Sam how to hustle pool, at least after several attempts, and how to hold down his liquor. Mostly.
He had instructed him in how to run a credit card scam – in how to run for his life.
And as Dean undid the top of a beer bottle for Sam, he glanced at his brother's heavily bandaged hands are remembered what else he had taught him.
He laughed as Sam tried to pick the beer up, then took pity on his little brother and sat down next to him on the bed, lifting the bottle to Sam's mouth.
"I still can't believe you took out Gordon"
"It was no big deal – and I'm not a baby: you don't have to feed me"
"It's my job to look after you Sammy," Dean said as Sam leant back into him and took a gulp of his drink. "Don't you want me to look after you?" Dean whispered against Sam's neck, carefully putting the bottle down on the floor and then moving his hand back up to snake across Sam's torso and down to the belt of his pants.
"Dean..." Sam said warningly, although not moving.
"Shh," Dean planted a kiss on Sam's neck, "It's not like you can do it yourself right now." He indicated to Sam's hands and then proceeded to undo his brother's belt; feeling as Sam's breath hitched against him.
Dean had taught him everything he knew. He had walked in on Sam attempting to jerk off when they were just teenagers and, instead of standing there just looking awkward, Dean had marched over, taken Sam's hands in his own and shown him the ropes.
How forbidden it was had had Sam ejaculating in seconds, but over that summer Sam had got his technique down – even if what was getting him hard was the thought of Dean's hands on him.
It still got to him all these years later, every time Dean would reach for him like it was his big brother's property to do with as he pleased.
Dean was a damn good teacher and Sam sure hoped he had a lot left to learn.
